CHECK THE REVIEWS ON THE SERVICE DEPT BEFORE BUYING FROM HERE!!! If you don’t want your car fixed or serviced in a timely manner, then this is your place. If you want your car back and fixed within a reasonable time frame then do NOT bring it here. Just bought a truck and had for only 5 days. Check engine light came on, took it back to the dealership within one hour of the check engine light coming on and while in service, not only do they say they don’t have time for this? they say they’re backed up 30 days and they give you no timeframe, they don’t give you any answers, but they do know how to give you a lot of excuses And a lot of I don’t knows.

This is my worst experience ever working with a car dealership service center. My truck is having what seems like a common electronic error that when searching the web is occurring on many 1500 at this mileage. Online there are plenty of techs commenting on how to fix the error 1. It takes weeks or months to get an appointment 2. When I dropped it off they said it would take about a week to look at it. It was over 18 days before they gave it a basic update. I didn’t even leave the dealership before the error reoccurred 3. They tell you they are looking at it. It isn’t true. When you pressure them they say another week to even get a tech on it. 4. They don’t answer the phone. Only respond on text message 2 days later 5. These guys have no real intention of fixing the car but it sat there more than 20 days with no work done. This dealership has a major issue. Do not bring your vehicle there.

If I could give the service department manager ZERO STARS I would. The service manager informed me more than 6 months ago that the part I need to make my 2023 Jeep (Willys) function as a EVC as sold/leased to me is not currently manufactured. I tried to contact the manager around March 2024 to get an update, but got no reply. In March I contacted Stellantis the maker of Jeeps and informed them that I am driving a lemon and they put in an expedited ticket for me, but it requires me to get my car re-diagnosed at the dealership. Today, was supposed to be my appointment for that diagnosis. When I asked the service manager why he did not tell me in December that I could contact Stellantis to get an expedited ticket he informed that it’s not Chrysler policy. When I asked why, as a human to another human, he didn’t have the decency to inform he said that they were working with the engineers……………….6 months later!!!! Avoid this service department if you need big repairs. Also, this is my second major issue with this service department, luckily my drive shaft in my old 2016 wrangler didn’t come up through the floor because I had to force them to actually look at my drive shaft, because they didn’t think the roller coaster sound my car (2016 wrangler) was making when my car was moving could possibly be the drive shaft. Steer clear.
