This Audi is always friendly and has plenty of availability. I love the convenience of having a clean loaner vehicle ready to go. I was in an out super quick dropping off and picking up. I love the thorough explanation video they provide as well. Informative and effective !

I’ve been coming here for over 3 years and I have always had a positive experience. Service is always fast, they communicate well with you, and their workers go above and beyond here. I’m a young women and sometimes feel confused when it comes to car maintenance but the workers here always explain everything so well, especially Greg Schuck. Greg made my experience great, he is a valuable asset to the Audi service department!

Even though it’s not the closest service location, (I live in Chula Vista), it’s completely worth the trip to Audi Escondido. I detest and refuse to bring my vehicle to the one in San Diego (Miramar) due to their lack of customer service & follow through. But the Audi Escondido experience is very different. The vibe is much calmer and relaxed. Tony (my service rep) was polite & friendly; kept me updated on my vehicle; and had the prepaid maintenance service & wheel alignment completed in a reasonable time (I waited for it). Definitely recommend.

Great service department and very professional dealership. You feel like family at this dealership all the way around from buying your new Audi, to parts department and most importantly the service department. Greg Schuck, the Service Advisor and Cathy Rinaldo, the Service Manager are the best!!! I have had many New Audi's for the last 20 years and this Team is the BEST by far!

First time experience with Audi Escondido’s Service Dept after purchasing a new Audi vehicle. Just needed an oil change so I made an appt online. Upon arrival I was very promptly greeted by Service Manager, Greg Schuck. Since I planned to wait at the dealership, he showed me to the waiting area and gave me an accurate completion time, done early I might add. My vehicle was pulled around and ready, even nicely washed. Paid and was on my way. Nice touch was the short video texted to me after I left….showing me everything that they checked out and condition (fluid levels, tires, etc). All of Audi Escondido’s employees were personable and social Will definitely return !

I’ve been taking my 2023 Q7 to Audi Escondido (even though I live in Blossom Valley) for all services and Tony Pruett has always taken excellent care of me . I’m promptly greeted when I get to my appointment and kept informed of all updates. I really like the video they send me showing me the work that was performed and the status of the inspection (tires, brakes, etc…). My car is always ready at the promised time. Thank you Tony and Audi Escondido!

Eric Garris was FANTASTIC. Honestly the entire service experience was phenomenal. I have owned Mercedes. Range Rovers, BMW’s, a Tesla - and have never gotten the quality and level of service, courtesy, and thoroughness that I received from AUDI! Just was very happy. Thank you! Eric deserves a r😉

Audi of Escondido is the best! I live closer to another Audi dealership and I prefer to go to Escondido. The Service Department team especially Greg and Tony have always provided the best service, very kind, friendly and helpful. Top notch customer service every time. The mechanics also do a wonderful job as well. Thank you!

We purchased a Q5 hybrid from Audi Escondido in 2021, and it’s been nothing but trouble. Within 5k miles after purchase, the brakes squealed. Audi claimed it was just debris between the brake pad and rotor, not covered by warranty, requiring new brakes and rotors. We also paid for a service package that included tire rotations, but when 2 of the tires wore extremely fast, I found out they never rotated them. After an accident, the body shop paid Audi to perform an alignment. However, when the car was returned, no alignment readings were provided. We replaced tires the same month Audi supposedly did the alignment, and now, just 12,000 miles later, the tire shop says the car is out of alignment cause the tire shoulders are completely worn down, suggesting the alignment was never done properly, and Audi couldn’t even provide any details on the alignment readings that were never given upon completion. Now, Audi wants to charge us $300 for another alignment, blaming it on potholes! So, apparently, their alignment is so fragile it can’t handle normal driving conditions. Additionally, this vehicle has had numerous recalls, and whenever I make an appointment, they never confirm if I have to bring charging cable, I end up showing up only to have to go home to get my charging cable because they didn’t even bother to check the appointment details. The lack of transparency, poor service, and attempts to shift responsibility are unacceptable. This isn’t the service I expect from a luxury brand. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
