Quality Chevrolet of Escondido Service

Quality Chevrolet was exceptional. I knew what car I was going to purchase, had a price I was going to pay and they met me where I needed to be. Brock was our salesman and is very knowledgeable. I trusted him, no hard push and was patient throughout. Go see Brock! We had a small problem a couple days later with our new vehicle and I contacted Brock, yes in sales and he personally set me up with service dept, he could have left me hanging but had service contact me and had the car brought in the following day for repairs. We’ll be doing business again with Quality!

Having purchased several new vehicles over the years, I have never had a more pleasant and easier time leasing a new 2024 Trax LT. I love this dealership. My salesperson, Kenny stayed with me for two hours after the sale and his work shift to walk me through every detail of the car, front to back. Kenny is the best. He's personable, down to earth, not pushy, just a great, great guy. I highly recommend that you ask for Kenny when going here. The finance mgr, Wayne, walked me through all the contracts with professionalism and explained everything I was signing. I absolutely love my new Trax SUV in metallic crimson and have SO many complements on the color choice and style of the car in just a couple days. Consider a lease. Very little down, much lower payment than a purchase, 48 months not 84, and when the lease is over, I intend to pay off the residual and buy the car as where else could I find a used car and know exactly what I'm getting? Quality gives me free oil changes and tire rotations for the lifetime ownership of the car. Kenny's sales manager is really the one that made this happen for me. I had no intention of leaving with a new car until he presented the numbers on a lease vs purchase. We shook hands 5 minutes later. Thank you everyone at Quality Chevrolet in Escondido, and thank you Kenny.

Incase anyone has ally premier protection for their car or truck don't take it here. They do not accept it. Just FYI so hopefully it will save someone from wasting time. Gentleman with the braided hair was actually very helpful and respectful my apologies for not getting his name, However they just don't accept Ally protection.

Strongly recommend avoiding the service department here. Long wait times, lots of hidden fees. Both weren’t clearly articulated at the appt time. There are better alternatives elsewhere
