Just got the front brake pads and rotors on our Mazda Cx-5 and have to say that the owner, Edward Michel was amazing! He got us in early to accommodate our schedule, had super fair pricing, took the time to explain what needed to be done, was really polite, got the work done quickly and provided GREAT customer service. I was able to work on my laptop from a comfortable waiting area and would HIGHLY recommend this shop!

Since the onset of Covid, I've entrusted my vehicle to Edward, who treats me like family. At Michel's, the motto is clear: "Let our family take care of yours." To my surprise, he deemed the brakes still safe to drive and even refunded me for the Groupon. thank God for honest people. Brought my car in because another shop told me I needed brake pads and rotors, would have been $800. Eduardo, the owner looked at all four wheels, and showed me the pads and rotors are fine (8mm thick pads is good & rotors are clean). Will DEFFINATELY bring the car back here for any/all future service needs, even though i live 20 miles away... as Eduardo said, God will provide, as he did today, saved me $800 and provided me a new mechanic shop for me and all my family. Thank you buddy

Came in for an oil change from Groupon and didn't realize I had to make an appointment. They took me anyway and helped me out, even putting air in my tires as well. They're awesome and so professional, I'm glad I found the Groupon when I did!

THEY ARE THE BEST!! The ONLY place to take your car! I am not sure the extent of their services but IF YOUR CAR NEEDS ANYTHING, TAKE IT TO MICHEL'S! I went through the craziest experience at my dealership and I brought it to Michel's for a 2nd opinion. When I say Michel's saved me money, I'm not talking a few dollars...Michel's saved me thousands of dollars!! Instead of over $6000.00 to my dealership (just the initial estimate), Edward and Cameron found the problem in 20 minutes and I happily paid the smallest fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge me! My car is running and good as new! They are so accommodating, brilliant mechanics, and just honest good people! My car is only going to Michel's from now on! THANK YOU Edward and Cameron!!!!

I can say without question, any review less than 5 stars is without validity. I’ve been a return customer for some time now and frequently recommend this shop and their services to others. I have had nothing but positive experiences here and my car has made it to a happy 214,000 as a result of the care provided. Edward and his team are as genuine as they come. They’re professional, efficient and provide honest service and pricing, every time.
