Mike greeted me, Eduardo helped me out with the demo of an R18 Cruiser with a cool purple iridescent paint job. Took it for a spin, having never ridden one before. Nice machine, smooth power curve, nice handling, amazing suspension. No pressure to make the deal, but he tried. Only testing bikes out to replace one of mine soon, wanna ride a bunch and see what's out there. Small dealership, not a ton of selection, but that appears to be a theme right now.

I purchased a F 800 R used bike from them a few years back. They gave me a great deal on the bike and it had Race Tech suspension and it rode like it was on rails. When I wanted some add ons and parts I always went to Jonathan in Parts. He was always able to give me options. He is always quick to get me answers or if He doesn't know the answer he will find the answer and get me the correct info. to make a decision. I have purchased most of my Olympia gear, BMW Bags, Plugs and parts there as well. They have always prices matched or at least been the most reasonably priced BMW dealer in the county. I am only 3 miles from the San Diego BMWMC dealer, but I will drive an extra 20 minutes North, because they are always friendly and take care of me. They remember me by name . and always greet me or anybody I bring into them with a smile. I have since sold the bike and Continue to Ride My R 1200 RT. I'm starting to look at the new 20 17 RT Demonstrator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After weeks of searching for the bike I wanted, I found one at this dealership. I requested the VIN on two separate occasions and both times, they ignored me. After waiting several days, I ended up buying a BMW from another dealership in cash and saved a few thousand dollars too! I own 5 BMW's and was surprised to see the lack of motivation by this dealership......

Rudy and Eduardo are always amazing. This is the second bike I purchase here and always have a good experience. Fair prices, straight forward process. Also, parts guy Freddy, major props to him. I couldn't find a top case rack anywhere...I call him and the guy researches everything I need even though most of it was not BMW parts and then somehow looks for a way to get it the very next day...talk about above and beyond.

Worked with them about 3 weeks, after being back and forth with 4-5 dealers for the same bike. Some wanted to offer me a demo bike at some insane price, others did the bait and switch, but Earl was straight forward with everything. Got me one of the best deals, including financing, around. I know I'll be back for services from them for the bike, but for sure I'll be back when the 21's come out. FYI went to the one in SD and glad I purchased from Earl at BMW of Escondido!!!

UPDATE 3/20/25: This dealership has changed its name and moved to San Marcos. "Moto Escondido" still has the old phone number and all the old problems. Don't buy from them. There are better dealers with better options. This dealer is still terrible. ******** "When people show you who they really are, believe them." I had been in this dealership several times before. It always seemed quiet and most of the staff mostly ignored me. That's cool, maybe, but also very scary. Read through the negative reviews. These are not just a few hotheads. You'll see a consistent theme and that's why those reviews are so important. These aren't random mistakes. They're a pattern of behavior. In January of 2020 I had some cash in my pocket that I wanted to turn into a used BMW. So of course, I go to the local BMW dealer but not before I scanned their online offerings. And yes, there was bike that was perfect. So I go over there straightaway and the salesman says it's been sold. "Is that your budget?" I nod the affirmative. He walks aways, not interested in a lesser sale. So I go down the street to the local Ducati dealer (Moto Forza) and an hour later rode home on a great used BMW. The lesson here is simple. If you keep seeing comments about arrogance, pretension, being uncommunicative, then it really happens. Is that where you want to spend your money? Final word: Note that these reviews are for the "Parts Department". There are a lot of potential reasons for this. I can't speculate but I would point out that none of reasons speak well of the dealership.
