Amazing as always. I have the 3-year oil change service plan and they make sure to do the job well every time. I went in on a Saturday for an oil change, they weren’t able to get it done before closing so Carlos Sanchez made sure I was well taken care of and gave me a loaner for the weekend. They detailed and washed the car for me as an added bonus. I wanna say great work to the service team who worked on my car and thank you again to Carlos for making sure I stayed up and running while they finished the job.

I had a great Instore experience! My rep Bruce was super helpful. My 4 star which would have been 5 was because the website that scheduled the appointment said that the cost would be significantly lower then what it cost in person. I really needed the maintenance so I just agreed to it. Please if the cost online could match before I got in the service shop I can anticipate the cost associated with the maintenance. Brice was awesome! The sales team who gave me a loaner and checked me out were great.

I was getting my front side windows tinted to match the tinting on the rest of the windows on my car. I was given a loaner car to use while this service was being done. I like this service as I needed to be elsewhere and I didn't have to cancel appointments, or find some other form of transportation. The tinting looks great, the employees are kind, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient I was able to keep the loaner car overnight which made for a very pleasurable service time. I also used this facility to replace a run flat tire which had a large nail in it. Did not need a loaner car this time as it only took about 20 minutes to remove, replace and mount the new tire. The waiting area is clean, bright, and when your car is ready, brought right to the door. For a person handicapped, this was a welcome service.

Harris was amazing. He kept me in the loop the entire time while my car was diagnosed during the engine replacement . He also worked with the 3rd party warranty company to make sure it all went smoothly as it was a used BMW not purchased at his dealership. We couldn’t have done it without Harris and his team! In fact, the experience was so good, my husband asked me the other day what dealership repaired my car as he is looking for a new i4!

Wonderful customer service! This dealership reached out to me about a safety recall. A mobile tech appointment was scheduled for the next day. The technician arrived early and performed the service quickly. It was a wonderful experience to do business with this dealership!
