I had a wonderful experience here at Mazda purchasing my CX-5! I’ve had my eye on this particular SUV for months and I finally decided to pull the trigger right before Thanksgiving! There are so many loaded luxury features in this car compared to its competitors at a great price point! Misha and Alex extremely friendly and professional salesmen. They made my experience one to remember and I highly recommend you ask for them if you come! Even though my dad gave them a hard time they were still able to work out an amazing deal for me! I love my car so much and thank you for making me part of the Mazda family!

I've been bringing my Mazda to this location since I purchased my vehicle back in 2018 for services and have never been disappointed. The level of customer service is top-notch. Always being made to feel like a valued customer goes a long way in promoting customer confidence AND satisfaction. I appreciated that all of my concerns were addressed and the use of technology like the video inspection sent directly to my cellphone proved invaluable and a great time saver. I didn’t have an appointment, but my car kept giving a loud warning message. Charles was extremely helpful and he clearly explained all possible causes. He updated me by text and also let me know when the car would be ready. He had helpful suggestions for making sure this wouldn’t happen again. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Charles.

Mazda of Escondido service department is hands down the best service department I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The service advisors and technicians are all very knowledgeable and very capable. Mazda of Escondido has been taking good care of my Mazdas for 3 years, and the service I receive is always top notch. This location is well worth the extra drive for me. Highly recommend!!

Felicity, my service advisor was great to work with. Kept me apprised of the status and made sure things were taken care of promptly. The fact I brought it in on Christmas Eve, I was surprised that they were able to confirm and fix my issue quickly and effectively!

Update 5/15: I had a follow up conversation with Charles. They were genuinely concerned about repairing the tire, as the nail is not the center, but somewhere on the red zone as shown in the pictures. I am happy with the explanation. I will keep an eye on the tires and will ensure to check air pressure is good. Regular car service done is good. One of my tire has nail in the middle of the tire (not on the side). I was told, it is not possible to fix and need to replace tire. These tires are just 2 years old. Finally, I took the car to a different mechanic outside, he was to fix it for no cost. I was expecting something like this from these official service and parts.

The personnel in the service department were professional and courteous. They always provide thorough explanations of my services. I have been satisfied with the service my car has received at this location since I purchased it several years ago. I highly recommend the Mazda Escondido Service Department.

I have been getting my car serviced at this location for years. I am always treated with respect and dignity. Being a woman and going into Spaces, where we often get bamboozled with prices and things that we just don’t have a lot of knowledge about, I am super appreciative that the folks over here don’t do any of that. Before it was all male staff, now there are two women working there. Even when it was an all male staff, I will still treat it with respect and dignity, and never felt like I was getting a fast white pool on me. Advice and next steps are always clear, so I don’t have to wonder our second guess what I need to do next. A nutshell I really really appreciate the service here. And contrary to popular belief, the dealership service center is not as expensive as people like to think. Car repairs period are expensive I’d rather it be expensive and fixed properly than not.
