Excellent customer service! Jose Gutierrez’s cs was above and beyond. Explained every recommendation and was super welcoming and helpful! This is my first time at the Acura in Escondido and I sure will be back and will ask for Jose! Thank you so much!

This was my first time to take my TLX into Escondido Acura. I was previously a Hoehn Acura customer but since they closed suddenly, I chose Escondido Acura. I was impressed by the video inspection, the quality of service, and the complete evaluation on my Acura via email. I will be back for sure. Thank you Escondido Acura!

Brought my car in for a manufacturer recall and I couldn’t be happier. They got me on the schedule right away and set me up with a beautiful loaner -just like my TLX but 6 years newer!! Plus, they included a free oil change while addressing the recalled parts, how nice!! Young was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough, explained the entire process in advance and answering all my questions. I appreciated the great communicative, calling me with updates throughout!! This service shop even sends a narrated under-the-hood video of my car, detailing additional service recommendations!! I’ve never visited this Acura service location before, but I’ve found my new spot!

My Acura was completely dead and had to be towed into Escondido Acura just a few days before Christmas at noon. The service advisor was extremely helpful and asked good questions about activities and any error messages prior to the failure to pass on to the service tech. They squeezed me into their schedule and fixed problem by next day

The service we initially came for at Acura of Escondido was a basic A1 service. The employees were all very friendly and helpful and explained other services I needed thoroughly so we could understand in detail why they’re needed. They worked very quickly and even washed my car afterwards! It was over all a great experience.

I accompanied my niece in this dealership for a preventive car maintenance the service was excellent we where greeted by Mr. Jose Gutierrez one of the Service advisor. As noticed the service advisors are customer oriented not only customer oriented they excel beyond the service of acura to wards their customer! Mechanics who work at the bay area are highly qualified to the job. Price wise on dealer work services are reasonable back then when someone ask you where you bring your car for service if you reply at the dealer, thier response expensive! Now it’s getting back, price wise with regards to working on your car everytime you mentioned dealer service their response is expensive not anymore. Just to let you know ... When your car is at service bay area the mechanic video every work inspected and sent it to your phone

Customer service is friendly and they do good work with quality parts. They’re just so expensive. And I was told by the person who answered the phone when I made my appointment that they could not do the work for the recall on my vehicle but when I arrived, my service advisor said they could do it the next day, all they had to do was order the parts which would come overnight. So I had to drive home and come back the next day which was kind of a hassle. Overall, I’ve had good luck with them. Just wish they were less expensive.

I have had many experiences with Acura, Escondido and I am very impressed with the level of care and attention provided by the Acura team. Excellent experience from check-in to pick-up. Jose Gutierrez, my service advisor, was very courteous and knowledgeable as he took the time to explain the work that would be done on my RDX. I was kept advised throughout the process via text message. I was particularly impressed with the video of the inspection performed on the vehicle. Outstanding customer service and quality of work!

Had an amazing experience at Acura of Escondido. Was immediately greeted by on of the staff member when I took my car for service. They explained me everything via video shared after inspection. Got my car back in less than 90 minutes. Very happy with the service provided!
