Penske Collision Center Escondido

I went with Penske based on the great Google Reviews, their customer service was excellent. Sara was very communicative and informative. My car was ultimately determined a total loss, so I wasn't able to see any body work done, but would definitely recommend them based on customer service.

I visited Penske Collision Center, Escondido, with my Mini vehicle. The center is led by Heidi Howie, who provides exceptional customer service. Her integrity and professionalism are evident in every interaction. The sincerity in addressing the root cause of my issue allowed me to confidently determine that this was the appropriate repair facility. I highly recommend Penske Collision Center for any vehicle repair needs. The repair was completed ahead of schedule, and the cost was reasonable. The entire Collision team deserves five stars for their friendliness and accommodating nature. I particularly appreciate Heidi Howie’s stellar communication and service. Her advocacy and efficiency exceeded my expectations. The level of professionalism and courtesy displayed to me far surpassed my expectations.

The dealer sent my new car here to replace a panel with a small defect. It’s hard to believe this work took about 3 weeks. It seems some BMW internal policy was preventing them from doing the work needed. And I had to check it myself and escalate the issue through the dealers management to get approval. I’m glad that the final result is pretty good, and I appreciate their eventual meticulous work.

I had my rear window on my Audi replaced by Penske in September 2024, who I was referred to by Audi. Unfortunately, it had to be replaced again due to a botched tint job. However, I went to another window specialist in San Diego and was informed that whoever put in the last window did not seal it completely - that would be Penske Collision Center. So, I cannot by good faith recommend anyone get this type of work done at this shop. As consumers we should not have to be concerned that what we're paying for turns out to be an incomplete repair job.

We just had our car repaired for the 2nd time in 3 months at Penske Collision in Escondido. The first time someone rear ended our car while we were in it. We got it back in perfect condition and 2 weeks later our neighbor backed in to the side of our car parked in front of our house. This time, we weren't in the car. Both times we worked with Heidi Howie. She was professional, knowledgeable, very efficient and truly helped us every step along the way. Including making sure we received all new factory parts and even helped with the rental car. We could tell Heidi was a pro and had been doing her job for a long time. Both times we got the car back when she said we would, and the car literally looked new. Hopefully we won't need her services for a while, but if we do we will only take our cars to Heidi for any needed repairs.

The best customer service I have experienced. Very good communication throughout the repair process concerning their communication with my insurance company. Perfect repair and the car returned on time and in very clean condition.
