Lies lies lies!!! We called to schedule an oil change, ask for a price for our specific vehicle. They quoted us $90! So we schedule an appointment. After our oil changes done. At checkout, they tell us it鈥檚 $130. They tired to spin us on why it was extra and said the person quoted us wrong. When we asked why can鈥檛 our quote be honored because that鈥檚 your team giving wrong information. They made a big deal gave my wife all kinds of Attitude, And was extremely unprofessional. Eventually gave us a price of $108. All this to say don鈥檛 believe a quote they give you and expect attitude when you were there. I promise I will never buy another vehicle from this location or deal with this service department ever again! Extremely unprofessional! A drive-through oil change is quicker and cheaper than this! I would recommend Doing that versus dealing with this place!

I have had the worst service experience with this dealership. I bought my car from them and paid $30k in cash. Everything was good for a while, and I had a few issues with the brand-new car, but I ignored them because it's a machine, and these things can be fixed. After my second service, I faced a lot of issues with my car. Currently, I have an issue with noise coming from the driver's side back seat when the car is idle or driving slowly. I took my car to them for this issue, and the service manager, without inspection, told me it's normal. After requesting or forcing them to check it and compare it to other cars, they did something and told me this is a normal sound for Hyundai cars. I was irritated with that noise and raised a complaint to Hyundai Consumer, who transferred me to other dealerships. Today, I had my regular service due, so I took my car to them again. Hyundai Consumer suggested I take my concern to them again, so I did. They gave me the same answer (I think without checking the car). They called me in an hour after I dropped my car and told me this noise is normal. I asked if they had compared this noise with other cars of the same model, and they replied that they don't have that much time and don't have the cars. I tried my best to understand the mechanism because there was no noise in my car when it was new and before my second service. The service person tried to explain but was not clear. So, I requested to talk to the mechanic to get more information, but he did not let me. Later, when I was picking up my car, I asked him to write all the issues and describe them in more detail in an email, but he was not ready to do that. As a consumer, I believe I have all rights to a written statement from them, but he was not ready to give one. I asked to talk to his manager, and he said the manager was not interested in talking to me. As a consumer, I believe it's not about whether the manager is interested or not. I requested several times to talk to someone senior or the manager, but he said no. Later, when I was trying to talk to him and figure out a solution, he replied, "Take your car to other dealerships; we are not interested in doing business with you." I believe the reason behind this statement is that they were upset I raised a concern to Hyundai about this issue. I made the biggest mistake buying my car from this dealership and taking it there for service. I believe as a consumer, I have the right to ask questions regarding my issue, and they should answer them every time. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICE.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. After purchasing a brand new car, I started facing several issues shortly after my first service. When I reached out for help, the staff was extremely rude and dismissive. They showed no willingness to assist or resolve my problems. It鈥檚 clear they don鈥檛 care about their customers once the sale is made. I deeply regret my decision to buy from them and recommend that others avoid this dealership at all costs. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more customer-focused option! Need to learn how to talk!
