Went in with an appointment , I already knew the car I wanted, got in and done with in an 1 hour 30 minutes. The great experience would not have been possible without Cleo Nettles. I recommending asking for him if you want a down to earth chill sales rep, he is great at his job!

Edit: I'm changing it to one star because they disconnected my dash cam, pulled a bunch of the neatly routed cable out, which was completely unnecessary, pointed the camera straight up, and never fixed any of it. Didn't notice for a week that the camera wasn't working at all. If they want to unplug it while they work that's fine, but to leave it in that state is really unprofessional. I'm giving an extra star because Michelle was very nice and accommodated me same day. The issue is that I had an oil leak on a fairly new car that I expected to be covered under warranty. I verified the dealer had the part I needed in stock and was going to replace it myself, but they suggested that it should be covered under warranty. I took my car in, was charged a $200 diagnostic fee for something I already knew the cause of, and was quoted $550 for a job I can do in 20 minutes in my driveway. Ended up buying the gasket for $13, but I wasted an entire Saturday afternoon and $200 on a diagnosis I didn't need. My issue is that I would consider this a design flaw, and it was implied it should be covered under warranty after I described in detail what I thought the problem was. After this experience, I don't see myself buying another Kia in the future. I could have had the job done for $15 in less time than I spent at the dealer if they were up front that it wouldn't be covered.

I had bought a car, an Audi, at Kia of Streetsboro, last summer when my car was being repaired for months with intention to give the car to Easton when he started driving. When I purchased the car, the windshield was cracked, which they said they would fix. I explained I live two hours away. They said they would cover it to get fixed at a Kia dealership near me. I called a dealership near me several times, with no return call. When they finally did call back, they said they contracted with someone else and that company would call. I never received a call. The Audi went into the garage for storage. I have the day off today. I called Kia of Streetsboro earlier in the week to make an appointment for my day off, explained why I was coming, including when I bought the car, and that they had agreed to repair the windshield. I drove the two hours today to find out they don’t intend to honor the agreement to fix the windshield, showing me a blank piece of paper saying that was in my paperwork saying I only had 30 days to have it fixed. I have no recollection of that being communicated during paperwork. I feel I would have remembered an important deadline like that. Nor was that communicated to me when I explained the situation when making the appointment prior to driving two hours there on my day off. It’s a terrible disappointment, that what little time I have that not working or running kids around, I’m spending 4 hours of my day wasted because Kia of Streetsboro failed to communicate and wasted my time and money. Shame on them.

I am not a customer of KIA of Streetsboro not will I ever be or even recommend you people to anyone !! My father was a customer who only went in looking at the KIA’s . He is a Ford man , who worked for FORD for over 40 years at the Walton. Hills Plant . He was curious about KIA Sorrento , so he went in to look around . My dad is 83 years old , he recently pd off his Escape lease with Ford. This car was in excellent condition and low miles . The high pressure sakes he got from the KIA Salesmen ws disgusting !! Three of them pressured him so much , he signed a lease from KIA !!! He traded in his pd off Ford lease and was asked to also put $4000.00 down to Lease this KIA Sorrento !!!! The payment is $380. With all that KIA of Streetsboro stole from my dad , how is his payment for this car $380 on a lease ?????? My father’s credit score is over an 800!!! No way should that payment be $380!!!! You people stole from him and you know it !! We are from streetsboro for over 50 yrs , this dealership is embarrassment for our city and your salesmen are crooks !! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, they prey on the elderly and the unassuming !!

I arrived at my appointment, I was greeted by Michelle and she introduced herself as my service advisor. I love when someone knows their job, Michelle was able to answer all my questions, she’s awesome. I hope I can always have Michelle handling my service appointments.

I was very happy with the service that I received when I got my new 2024 Kia soul the sales person was alsome and didn't let me drive my new car off until he went over ever thing with me I am glad to be a streetsbro Kia customer I'm very happy
