Had 4 new tires installed on my car today. We are very happy with the service we have gotten at this location. Larrietta is wonderful to work with; and the customer service is exceptional. She is trustworthy and is genuinely interested in making sure the customer is happy with the work that has been completed and that the price is reasonable. We will definitely continue to give this location our business.

Visited today on valentines day! Was greeted by a very friendly older male staff member with glasses upon pulling in. Larietta, the manager, was prompt and informative on my purchase. She slowed down and explained my services and options available to me. Very professional and I highly suggest her help. My car had a bad wobble and now it's perfect like driving a Cadillac

Amazing service I received at this auto shop! Larrietta has such a welcoming and comforting attitude especially with me being very anxious about my car. I didn’t know what all to do and she helped give feedback of what all the team would do and how everything would be handled. I really appreciated that. As well as Dean being a great help and making sure my car was ready and safe for me to drive. I will be coming here for now on and recommend everyone else to do so as well.

NTB Streetsboro saved the day! We had major RV tire failure and this crew went above & beyond to get us back on the road and back home! Really now... they went out of town with one of their personal vehicles to fetch the right tires when there was a (normal) supply chain hiccup. From the front desk to the installers, they did top notch work. We would highly recommend this crew. We could not be happier!!!!! 😃👍

The branch manager Larrietta, Technician Bob, and the rest of the team is awesome at this location. They are friendly, honest, dependable, and committed to offering a high level of service. I almost never write reviews but I felt compelled to give them a shout out. They got me out of a bind in the past and helped to diagnosis and perform work that other shops failed to do. Their pricing was fair and they are very transparent. I definitely recommend dropping in and have them take a look at your vehicle.

AMAZING experience! I was able to meet the NTB management team from the area. Our vehicles received impeccable service with a high level of detail - oil change, 2 alignments, 2 tire rotations with balance. The Streetsboro location has an automotive technician with over 30 years experience and the managers, Larrietta and Matt are friendly, kind, informative and welcoming. Highly recommend and will be back! NTB has had management changes so if this location is not in your plans, I highly recommend you go into Hudson and meet Nate, Garth at Cuyahoga Falls or Jason (the fireman) at Stow. What a fantastic team to service your automotive maintenance needs. They are all very friendly, knowledgeable and have great experience. If you are a female and looking for a place to take your vehicle, I would recommend any of the locations - Streetsboro (has a female manager), Cuyahoga Falls, Stow or Hudson.

I came in on a very busy Friday night, my tire had just blown as I was driving down the road. Gavin noticed I was outside in a panic and was quick to speak to me and get things figured out. They quickly got my car in and put a new tire on even though they only had a few staff members currently. I also have a special lug nut key and the key I had wasn’t working and they still did everything to get the lug nut off and get my tire changed. I’m super pleased with the customer service I received from Gavin. The team was also amazing at getting my car done quickly so I could still attend my daughter’s dance recital. Thanks NTB!

Just want to say I know absolutely nothing about tires, cars, etc but a manager named Larrietta came to my rescue and helped me every step of the way. I usually don't do reviews but service like this needs a shout out. Thank you Larrietta! Will definitely come back also recommend.❤️
