I wish I could give zero starts honestly, I booked an early morning appointment the day before and was told there were available tires. When I came in to get the tires I then waited 10 minutes for someone to help me just to be told the tires I needed are no longer available and that I would need to seek help at a different location. Then as I was walking out I heard the man say "She should've preordered them". This is my first time coming here so I wasn't aware of preordering tires nor was I told when I called the previous day and spoke to the same person over the phone. I recognized his voice and the lack of costumer service even in person. They then walked away and the door was locked so I had to walk through the main doors and around the store to get back to my car. I would've happily preordered the tires had I been told that was necessary. I advise you not to come to this store because the costumer service was terrible, and they lacked care and concern for an issue that was clearly on their part, yet they made comments as if I skipped a step. Go to National tire and battery down the street I found the tires that I needed in a same day appointment and the tire installation and service was actually at least $50 cheaper than what I would've paid at Walmart.

Terrible place to go just go to an actual car place, they take hours to do the most simplest things like put new tires on, extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason even if you’re completely nice. Don’t waste your time unless you have hours to wait and are okay with being treated like crap for no reason.

No one is ever at the Auto Care Center desk Called ahead for a simple tire repair, got there and stood at the back Auto Service Desk for 30 MINUTES and an employee never came out to help. By the time I got fed up and left there was a line of 5 of us waiting there and still no one ever came out. Place is a joke.

Women beware: they will charge you random things just because you are a woman and think you won’t question it. I PREPAID $140 for my services. They took my keys got the tires on & called me back to get my car within the hour. I go to get my keys and they say I owe them $36. $6 for valve replacement (that’s fine) & another $30 for tire rotations and lifelong something or other. I DENIED these services when I booked online. They decided to not ask me again when taking my keys and then BLAMED me saying I should have told them I do not want them to add that on (literally taking advantage of me this was never brought up to me and they said they don’t see anything you do online, clearly that’s their problem?). THEY DIDNT EVEN ROTATE THE TIRES LIKE THEY CHARGED ME FOR. They refused to tell me what the extra charges were saying it’s just extra fees and said they would be on the receipt when I paid. I had to send my husband in just to get my questions figured out for the charges and then they, of course, refunded him since he’s a man and they couldn’t get one over on him. Just beware, they ask you online questions and then ignore the answers making YOU the issue. To add I literally booked online gave them all info and they STILL kept asking which car was mine (the ford? Is it a Taurus? No the Hyundai like I BOOKED)

I went to Streetsboro walmart today to get a tire for my car. Odele did wait on me. He was very slow about waiting on me when I looked up. He was standing there looking at me. Saying ma'am, I'm waiting on you. I said well, you never said anything, as we get into the conversation 4 different people interrupted us and he took time to stop and talk to them, when that last person interrupted. I just said thank you, but I'm leaving and he said, are you sure I said yes, you're not even paying attention to me.
