Jamie was so wonderful! He helped me find the right headlamps for my VW Jetta and installed them for me in about 5 minutes!!! I will be a customer for life!

Ordered parts on 5/6/2024 and PAID upfront. Employee enthusiastically tells me they would be there tomorrow 1/4 to 5. I was not able to return until 5/8. Different employee tells me they shipped the parts back because I didn't pick them up. I cuss them out , because this is ridiculous. She calls the manager and he has her re-order my parts. This is what I'm told. Wish this was the end of my negative experience. Today. 5/9. I call ahead and the employee looked up my phone number and asked about wheel bearings which alarms me because I need brake components. He kept calling me buddy and pal disrespectfully. I come in to get my BRAKE parts, the one box was smashed and clearly previously opened along with the bag inside. All the pieces were there so I took it. then I asked the assistant manager there company policy bc I paid and they shipped them back. I asked how will you make this right, I had to borrow a car twice. He acted like I was lying when I told him the story above. Then he told me they came from Youngstown branch and it takes 2 days to get here. I asked him how he would feel if he were dealing with this. He just repeated the above line like if he said it enough I'd except it as a legitamate answer. If you can count it took them 3 days to get my parts. If it took 2 my parts would be there on the 8th when I was in anyway. If you had to re-orderthem it took 1. In the end I really wish I could give negative stars because I had to deal with at minumum 3 out of 4 employees that were beyond incompitent. Also on top of insinuating I was a liar the assistant manager told me to shop next door at Autozone. I've been done dirty by other parts stores in the past, this is the first time I've left a bad review.

I had to go there for a friend who's fixing his vehicle. He called ahead (as he lives near there and frequents the store) and he informed an employee named James that I'd be coming up for the part.. James had the part ready and rang us up promptly. I went again the next day and he recognized us and handed u the part and tried to help with the problem with the vehicle. He was very courteous knowledgeable and friendly. The store was clean inside and out! Thanks to James for making us feel comfortable. Great store and helpful employees.
