Crash Champions Collision Repair Streetsboro

We have had to get our car worked on twice now.The first time we needed the front end replaced after hitting a deer and this time we had to replaced the bumper after getting hit. I am so happy with the job they did.The car looks great and the people working there are amazing. They did a great job of communicating with me every step of the way on the cars progress. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a great experience

This I the second time I have had my car at a body shop, and by far Crash Champions is the best. They worked with my insurance company with no issues, made sure I had a rental while my car was being repaired, and kept me informed as to the progress of the work and its completion in a timely manner. I appreciated receiving updates via text and being able to track progress on my phone. It's not often that companies keep you informed about what's happening, so it was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and Ginny provided exceptional service at the front desk, while Mark was very helpful in answering all our questions. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service and felt that they exceeded our expectations.

I had my car taken care of by this shop and they were really helpful. They kept me updated and told me how long the process would take. Every question I had was answered thoroughly. Definitely would come back again.

Took 31 days to do a 12 day repair. Didn’t prioritize my vehicle even when 25 days into repair. Mechanic denied info given to me by the manager. Got the wrong part 3 times before getting the correct on try 4. I went an entire week without a completion date during 3rd week of repair. Mechanic complained I called daily 25 days into the repair. I had to call twice a day because he wouldn’t return my calls. They determined my alternator was defective and I had to take to my mechanic, who found that the plug was broken, not defective. There was also damage to a pigtail plug behind the alternator. I would strongly suggest you take your vehicle anyplace else. There was miscommunication and delays from the time they set up my tow.

Had a small mishap with my vehicle and through my insurance I ventured to crash champions in Streetsboro for repairs. I had never had to do this before in my life fortunately for me, so I was nervous. I was met at the desk with friendliness and warmth. No judgment. We had a wonderful conversation while I waited for my rental. They kept me updated via text on the progress of my vehicle from estimate through repair through completion. All in all I felt as secure and safe as a women can in a mechanic shop. Thanks guys!

Crash Champions in Streetsboro were wonderful in getting my car repaired after it was damaged in an accident. They provided excellent communication, keeping me updated on where my car was in the repair process. They were also extremely helpful with dealing with the insurance company and coordinating the rental car while my car was being repaired. Everything was repaired perfectly and you cannot tell it was in an accident. They also completed the job quicker than estimated which was a nice bonus.

Between my husband and I we have had multiple vehicles repaired by crash chapions and they do not disappoint. Everytime I've needed work done on a vehicle they have always gone above ans beyond, not to mention my vehicles are always detailed on the inside after, it's like getting a new car.
