I paid 100$ for them to cause an oil pan leak. I didn't have the issue. Then at the end of the oil change oh there is a pan leak. You would of known before. It smells like oil and they caused it. I have 2 disabled kids. Ty for charging to mess my car up. Won't return.

The assistant manager Dale was great today!!! I had an issue with a service I received a month ago and he made sure I was taken care of!! Way to go Valvoline for hiring good people with integrity.. they are so hard to find these days!! Thanks again Dale!!

i asked the tech girl. to not touch anything under my hood. except what they need to do for my oil change. next thing i know is another girl is taking my battery box apart and my air cleaner box apart. then shes banging on my battery box to try to get it put together. and they never checked my tire air. they also told me i needed a new battery. that was back in july of 24. its jan 25. and my battery is still cranking my car over. even in all of these cold spells. i was pissed. i wont be going back there anymore.

I have been taking my vehicle to Valvoline for years. Today I met the nicest and most helpful Valvoline employees. Both Sean & Dale were not only kind & professional they went out of their way to make the experience easy.

Sean was very helpful and kind! I was able to use my coupons and saved a ton. He educated me about a couple things I wasn’t knowledgeable about and answered all my questions. Nice guy 😁 They seem to have a nice efficient team on today.

Got an oil change and my gasket blew causing all the oil to leak out a few days later. Freak occurrence. Went back to them and explain what happened. They were courteous, apologetic, fixed the problem and redid my oil change at no charge. So appreciate the way they handled it! Thank you! Great service! Would recommend!
