Nissan of Streetsboro Service Center

I'm amending a previous review I made, while I thought I had a good experience during the purchase of my Nissan Rogue the issues I've dealt with since purchasing it a year and half ago have really changed my opinion of my salesman Dom. He knew the car I bought had a tire with an issue and when I tried to get this resolved he strung me along and took no responsibility. During my three separate visits to the dealership to try to get this resolved, while I have separate issues with the service center, I was especially put off that Dom knew I was there and instead of showing me any courtesy or respect he did not even acknowledge me, let alone apologize. Not someone I would ever purchase from again.

I very much wanted to give them a 5, but when the dust cleared, they left me no choice but to do a 3. Dominic was my young salesman. He did a pretty good job. He was laid back and easy to work with. The finance officer (Mark ?) was a pure gentleman! He really worked with me to get the deal through. The problem I had was that when I got home, one of the 2 keys I received with the truck did not work because it did not belong to the vehicle I just purchased. I drove back to the dealership, they took the key back, and refused to give me a new one. The sales manager's comment was that they give you what they got. Even though it was their fault for selling me a truck without matching keys. Keys from their service dept are almost $300. I guess once you sign the buyers agreement, you'll be SOL with any help. If they'd have done the right thing and made me a matching key, since I bought it with 2 keys in the first place, I'd have given them 5 stars. C'mon Nissan of Streetboro, you still have an opportunity to do the right thing.

Quinten at Streetsboro Nissan was honest, transparent and a pleasure to work with! To say we had some challenges in getting financed for a vehicle would be an understatement…. The $0 down credit forgiveness program is no joke … Quinten has true integrity in ever sense of the word he didn’t over promise to get us through the door and then upsell us … he delivered on exactly what he promised … he stayed almost two hours Pass closing to accommodate our work schedule…this gentlemen is a shinning example of the new no-pressure, HONEST salesman !

Another great experience from the service staff. All the warning⚠️ lights came on, and it was the Nissan main sensor shown in pick. It picked up probably salt or dirt on it It actually reset itself. Just clean it off.

I had a great experience with Nissan of Streetsboro. Fast and easy scheduling, friendly advisor who took my car, short wait and free multipoint inspection to make sure my car is safe to drive. I will be back in 6 months for my next service. Thank you
