Volkswagen of Streetsboro Service Center

I had a great shopping experience with Eric at VW of Streetsboro and the staff was friendly and pleasant to me. Eric helped me trade my 22 Tiguan for a 24 SE R line Tiguan. Eric was very knowledgeable and helped me set up all the tech stuff in the car,went over everything. If anyone looking for a car, I highly recommend Eric and the staff here at VW of Streetsboro. Thank you all for your help again.

I had an issue with a warranty item and Scott DeFabbo made a frustrating situation tolerable by simply following through. I will never go to another VW dealer and I live an hour away. The best.

Disappointed in your service department. I called to schedule an appointment for an battery and i was told that the car needed to be diagnosed before they could replace the battery and i explained to them i already knew my battery was dead i don’t need it diagnosed. The lady i spoke too kept insisting i needed to get this done and also was trying to charge me almost 500 dollars for a battery. Not even my BMW battery cost that much. I will not be returning for service seems like you guys are trying to nickel and dime people. I took my car elsewhere and paid a little under half the price you all quoted and car is running like a beauty. I was very confident to call you all my home service center but, after this experience if it’s not just for an oil change or covered under warranty i will not be coming back. Highly disappointed. And shame on you guys for charging astronomical prices like that knowing the economy is already bad enough. i understand you all are a business but never should yall be charging almost 500+ for a battery.

Took my car in 6 days ago. Remote start not working then check engine light came on. Was told after diagnosis that cost over 100.00 that the engine had a software update and would cost 109.00 to update as it is out of warranty and extended does not cover it. I was not happy as they are the one that has the update and I should not have to pay for it....but alas it is getting to be cold out I did not have a choice. Six days later MY REMOTE START DOES NOT WORK AND MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON!!!

My wife , kid and I drove there from Columbus for a car we saw online. We sat down and talked to Brittany who was very helpful, patient and welcoming.. never had the pressure feeling to buy. When finalizing the sale, Michael was very helpful and understanding too. I ran into minor issue afterwards but Michael and Brittany were quick to make things fair. Their vision is customer service support and never ends when customer drive off the lot. Thank you Brittany and Michael.
