Firestone Complete Auto Care

I pay extreme attention to Google reviews for businesses. At the time of this review, this location had 4.0 stars; that’s not enough to get my business under normal circumstances. But my friend told me that the person she had been working with at the counter, Jose, was excellent. I spoke to him on the phone for both my friends car and my vehicle for new jobs. After that conversation, followed by two services performed with Jose, a 5 star review was warranted to help bring this businesses average up. Jose was patient, communicative, didn’t press things we didn’t want upon us - everything you would desire in a mechanic, but what you often don’t get… I recommend this business treat Jose well, as he’s building a reputation with customers one by one; it’s the hard way, but the only real way. I had rented a car from Budget/Avis and I had to bring it in for an oil change. Andy was the first to notice the tire needed service. I absolutely appreciate him. He made sure that the tire got fixed and I got safely on the road! Thank you Andy for looking out for me!

Enrique and Jose were extra helpful during my stay. They presented options and genuinely looked out for me and my vehicle. Also worked to get me a fair deal. Good experience. I would highly recommend this location.

Enrique was the best He made my visit so easy kept me informed when my vehicle would be ready I will definitely use Firestone again The price for my tires was very reasonable
