Costco Tire Center

Some of thier staffs have unfriendly and even rude attitudes toward their customers; that is somehow understandable due to their huge workloads. However, a technician named, Art was arrogantly lying, playing BS, and trying his best to refuse additional service requirement when they failed (or were lazy) to program/reset all 4 tire pressure monitoring sensor (TPMS) positions after a set of new tires installation; that is totally unacceptable. Also, the appearance of my newly installed tires aren't looking good either (see photos below); it seems to me like a very questionable workmanship about thier tire mounting skills. The reason why they still got 2 Stars in this reviews is a Tire Center supervisor, Aaron who did his best and sincerely corrected everything he could by himself.

Very efficient. Great customer service. I ordered tires online. Tires arrived in three days. I was able to set up an appointment right away. I arrived for my 3pm appointment. By 3:46 pm I got a text(while I was shopping at the warehouse) informing me all four tires were installed and ready for pick up. 😀 Great job you guys! Thank you for saving me time and money. 👏

Rick is a very rude employee sadly he works for my favorite store I asked him to help me out to put air in one of tires his answer was when I have time mind u I am a handicap person

This was the only location that had the tire I needed replaced. I drove 1.5 hours from SD to their location. I showed up at 5pm and they assured they would take care of my car. I was out of there by 6:30. I was exceptionally happy that they were able to get my tire replaced and in a timely manner. The staff was so friendly and I am glad I ended up there!

Don't go here!!!! We called ahead and made an appointment a week in advance, gave them the make and model of our cars. We were told they would definitely be able to help us. When I tried to confirm our details by calling the location I could NEVER get through. I tried easily 20 different times throughout the week and for whatever reason they NEVER answered. Fast forward to our appointment and low and behold they don't have any tires in our size. When I asked why they had assured us they did at the time we made our appointment they said " I don't know. I guess I can order them now, it'll take a week or so to get here." As we sat there the phone kept ringing I politely asked if he wanted to answer it since we weren't in a hurry. He said "nah no need." Well I guess I now know why I could never get ahold of anyone. So unprofessional. We ended up going to American Tire Depot 10 minutes away and immediately got help. We were in and out in an hr and it was cheaper! Never going to Costco Tires again.

It really all comes down to the people you deal with. The Tire team at Costco Temecula are all professionals. Whether it’s a sale of 4 new tires or something as simple as a free rotation. Everything is handled professionally. Membership is respected and honored.

Had my tires replaced here which went well. Later discovered two ruined studs when I rotated them myself.
