Ordered tires for my truck yesterday. They were at the store today by noon. Arrived several hours prior to my appointment planning to just drop it off. Instead they were able to get it right in. Was out of there in about 45 minutes. Dave took my order over the phone. Super helpful, polite. All the shop guys I dealt with were also very polite. They took good care of my brand new truck, which I very much appreciate. Thanks, guys!!

When I first arrived at American Tire, the assistant manager, Edwin Huerta, was unwelcoming. He lacked any customer service skills, offering no greeting or smile. He informed me how long it would take to change or repair my tire, and when I asked if they could balance it, he abruptly said no, without any explanation. I’ve been a long-time customer at this company and have always received thorough service, including air pressure checks and tire repairs, without any issues. When I mentioned that they didn't want to balance my tires, he responded in a mocking and derogatory manner. I was simply making a general statement, but it clearly upset him. Customers deserve respect, and I wasn’t asking for anything outside of what should be standard service. I then inquired about the manager. When he arrived, he allowed Edwin to continue being rude and mumbling under his breath. The manager implied that I was the problem and said he would tell the staff to stop working on my car, claiming I didn’t deserve to be there. Feeling disrespected, I confronted him. His lack of listening skills was frustrating. It’s hard to understand how someone like him can be in a position of authority. Ps. The manager coming to tell the workers not to do my car Because I don’t deserve to be there because the owner of the company to care less about me. If it wasn’t for us, they wouldn’t even get paid. That’s interesting. They are rude and I’m nauseous. Have no idea they have absolutely no idea who Pay their wages.

They were the tire shop of choice for us since 2003. With over 15 plus cars personally and other from friends and family. Two months ago I was there getting 4 wheels & tires mounted they scraped 3 of the wheels and didn’t tell me. Got it home, install and cleaned it. That’s when I noticed it. Today I called and spoke to Mark. Asking if he price match a set of Michelin with another shop. He stated he want me to bring a physical prof. I told him it on the BMW Escondido website. Tire at their cost!. Then he want a $25 deposit to order the tires. I mentioned “since 2003” but with no avail…Not happy with this place anymore. They keep failing me. Loyalty means nothing here.. Go to Big Brand Tires. Better service, simple price match and professional alignment.

Was sold a service to have my rear windshield wiper blade replaced. When I tried to use my rear wiper, the wiper became stuck under my spoiler. After investigating, it was clear they installed the wrong size blade (too long). My cars calls for 8” and 10 was installed. Because the incorrect size was installed (too long) it scratched the paint under my rear spoiler. Additionally the blade became lodge in a vertical position because it could not make a full range motion due to the long blade. Extremely upset that a simple service resulted in damage of my car, not to mention having to figure out how to get the arm to dislodge. Went back to the shop and all they offered was a refund, no real apology or to fix the scratch caused by incorrect installation.

I had a really wonderful experience today. Oscar and the team made sure that my tire needs were all taken care of. He was professional but welcoming. I felt comfortable and confident driving in my car again. It was also very quick, I did have an appointment but they were also very busy. I was thankful that I was able to get my car taken care of so quickly. Thank you!

One of our favorite locations to go to! 🛞 The workers are very nice and knowledgeable so we always feel comfortable coming here. We've never had any issues and their services never take longer than an hour. I recommend setting up an appointment even if it's just for a minor issue because they prioritize them over walk-in's. They're located right across the mall and by Trader Joe's so there's tons of places that are walking distance if you're waiting for your car. They recently just remodeled the lobby so it looks great and there's a good amount of chairs to sit at if you choose to wait there as well. They were busy the last time we went so we had to wait a while before we were able to grab someone's attention and be helped. Nevertheless, their services and quality products are always worth the wait! Highly recommend! 🚗☺️

Excellent service! Came in on 5/6/25 for a free patch in a tire that had a nail and found the check in process quite easy. There’s WiFi while you wait and outlets for phone chargers. Jackson was especially helpful and friendly when we picked up the car. Highly recommend. We will be back when we need new tires for sure!

I swung by to have them help me find a slow leak in my rear tire, decided to go ahead and replace both rears (it was time). They ordered the tires, got them mounted and balanced the same day. Excellent service from Mark, start to finish. The next day, I found the cap missing from one of my wheels. I called in to see if it had been forgotten the previous afternoon. No luck. Without hesitation, Troy requested that I come in to get the information they’d need to replace it ASAP. Mark is out measuring it right now to be sure the correct cap is ordered. The staff has been very helpful, polite, accommodating, and knowledgeable. If you’re in need of tire care or servicing, I highly recommend you check out America’s Tires on Winchester. They’re great, and I’ll be back for sure the next time I need new tires or other tire services!
