They're fairly priced and the team there really cares about their customers. They're trustworthy and it's the only place I'll take my car for oil changes. They charge the same as valvoline but their inspection is more thorough. They have a great team. I'm very pleased with their service. They came in clutch when I needed them. Couldn't ask for more from an auto shop.

I feel really taken care of at Big O. Gizmo is really great. He gave me all sorts of tips for me like alternating parking positions to protect from sun damage and the optimal tire pressure for my particular vehicle and set of wheels. I have come here for everything they offer because I trust them. If they offer the service I need, they are my first choice.

The service for replacing one of my tires on my vehicle was smooth and professional the entire way through. It took 30 minutes (or less), and I'm a big fan of their inexpensive warranty that covers my new tire. Thank you, Big O!

I appreciate that it is easy to make an appointment. I never wait longer than expected. They are cognizant of my time and kept me aware of progress on my vehicle. I have been here several times. I have no need or desire to go to another service shop.

Everyone here was so nice and they were fair with pricing, etc. They took care of my tires and left me feeling safer. One person, from Iowa, was especially kind and helpful. I would recommend this location for tire service 1,000 times over. Thank you!

I had a great experience at Big O Tires! Gizmo was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy(everybody is kind here). He took the time to inspect my brakes thoroughly and let me know that I didn’t need new ones just yet—no upselling, no pressure, and no charge. I really appreciated that he explained everything clearly without talking down to me. It’s rare to find such honesty and integrity in a shop these days. Highly recommend!

Great service and they were fast. Super nice staff, the guys in the back all seemed like they knew what they were doing and they got me in and out. They went above and being without asking, even making sure all the other tires had valve caps on them and checked the pressure on them. Would highly recommend for tire service
