I had a great experience here! I came in because my check engine light turned on and the issue was quickly figured out and resolved with a very fair price. Never once did I feel I was being taken advantage of which is something I often fear coming in as a woman alone. You can tell they care about the customers and even when super busy made sure to get everything done with care. 100% would recommend!

The Assistant Manager, Nader, helped me. His attitude was amazing! From walking in the door with a big high five to spitting knowledge about the products he was selling, services and even a 6 month interest free finance option. His customer service was unmatched. He won my lifetime business in a tire sale and I will always be back for the desirable prices and friendly staff. They were through, qucik, professional, and friendly. Got a nice thick set of Kumos offroad tires and I am ready for winter in Big Bear Lake!

Ramona Tire and Nader Shahin, assistant manager saved me last Saturday, 11/23/24 at 4:40pm. I was visiting from out of town and my car battery died. I had been to two other places and had been turned away one place because they were closing and techs were leaving and the other placed said they were "not trained" to change my 2016 car battery. I was running out of options on a late Saturday afternoon. When I pulled up to the location I could see employees were sweeping and cleaning up service bays. When I walked in, Nader greeted me and asked me how he could help me. I told him my issue and despite being at the end of the day, said he could help. He was very professional, efficient and seemed to really care about each customer he encountered. I am forever grateful to Nader and the staff. They got me out of there by 5:15pm and made the rest of my trip stress-free. I would highly recommend this location and staff. Thank you again for your professional and quick service.

The guys at this shop were professional, fast, and polite. Brian took me in and I had all 4 tires installed at almost closing time. He didn't have to but he did and I appreciate all the guys work there.
