I get that you are closing down. When you have a customer that has purchased a battery under warranty you still need to honor it. Oh they were going to honor it but expected us to do the footwork to call cooperate. You.are closing and don't give an F. That part is obvious. Maybe possibly why you are going out of business. Sucking at your job will do that. It's about character and doing what's right.

Use to love when pep boys. Now same stuff as oreillys and autozone. Swear they mostly sell exact same stuff. Spray cleaners (chemical) way overpriced, water pump I bought leaked after install, had to drive 1hr for another and that store cancelled my online order but luckily still had in stock, but it was returned by someone else. Had Knicks all over mounting surface. They placed back in stock like I didn't want the damaged one. Carquest parts should be better. Ugh. Maybe some changes should be made to separate from the other 2 big stores. Hate seeing stores go downhill like this. You know the end if changes aren't made. Can't use speed perks when getting military discount. Can only use online. How stupid is that? Can never use speed perks in store then. Makes no sense. Made 2 stars because online discount most of the time is worth it. But when I drove for 3 hrs that day to multiple stores and ended up buying at autozone, smh

I drove all the way here from Hemet And they're only letting 2 people in at a time. They must think you're a criminal. I would never shop here never. Now I see why they're Going Out of business. Advanced auto parts Treat their customers like Criminal.

Kudos to Dylan, a team member at the Winchester Rd, Temecula, Advance Auto Parts store. He helped me get the correct windshield wiper blades, assisted in putting them on my vehicle and also got me set up with a new car cover. It was all easy and smooth to deal with him. I’d go back to this store in a heartbeat the next time I need anything for our vehicles. Great friendly employee!

I desperately needed new windshield wipers and had a lot of trouble ordering the correct ones online because the attachments on my car were a little special. I came in and the windshield wipers were right there when you walked in which I was super excited about. They have a great mobile search option, but right when Dylan saw I was looking he was there to help. He went above and beyond to help me out. He even went out to see the windshield wipers I had bought on Amazon to triple check for me. After his assessment we went back in so I can purchase the correct ones and he walked me back out to secure them for me. I'm so happy I went in today to get this done since it's always a little intimidating needing something for my car and not knowing a lot about it, but my experience here was very comfortable and they took care of me. Thanks Dylan!! Sorry I called you guys Autozone!
