Jiffy Lube

These guys were quick as usual but what i appreciated was the manager showing me everything on his tablet. This is the kind of oil filter, this is the level of coolant, here is what we did according to specs. We topped off this for you. Quick but also thorough is hard to come by. I will continue coming here for both of my vehicles.

Go See Nate. He’s the manager of the store and he is the kind of gentleman that family’s want working with them. He is a honest man. I had very low money and he searched the very best promotions and coupons available to help Get my breaks done. Without out him my wife’s breaks would have been toast. I don’t know how to repay him such an amazing service but I at least want to say this is a man of inspiration and integrity he is what the world needs more of. Man of God is what I would categorize him as and if your not a person of god you should look harder at life cause there is nothing more important than that. Much respect to The Jiffy Lube and Nate the wonderful manager on site at the Temecula location! I hope Jiffy Lube gives you a big Raise cause I’m bringing all my cars to Nate from now on!

I always come to the location on Winchester Rd. in Temecula. The customer service from the entire staff is always excellent. Every service I come in for is always handled and truthfully explained. No pressure tactics just information. I have several other similar service providers closer to my home but I come to this location. Nate and his staff are the best and a Class Act to follow. If I could only get some of my ALL of my Police staff to take this motto with day to day contacts. Thank you.

The fellow that checked me in was so very polite and helpful. We asked for them to check all our fluids and make sure the tires were at 35 lbs. My car after the service indicated that the tires were still at 31 and 32 lbs. Not a confident feeling about the rest of the service and fluids levels.

This is my new favorite place to get my oil change. I use to be a regular at a different Jiffy lube, closer to me but had a horrible experience with some new people working. Which ended in me spending thousands of dollars later. Everyone at this location working was kind and very informative about everything. Definitely worth the extra 20 minute drive for exceptionally great customer service.

We took our Ford explorer in for a routine oil change and had fantastic service from the team at Jiffy Lube. Nate took care of informing us about other services that were due and helped us understand the importance of each service and make decisions on additional services to include very damaged spark plugs that would affect the safety of our driving. The Jiffy Lube team was great at communicating throughout the process and took extra care test driving the vehicle to ensure the it ran smoothly. We are very pleased with the customer care that we received from Nate and his team. We will be a repeat customer.

I went in for an oil change for my Chevy and their price was affordable. After having them check my brakes I learned I needed new brakes and rotors and not only did they have it done within an hour and a half. They were a few hundred dollars cheaper than another mechanic I checked with. Nate was the service technician who helped me amd was fantastic. I would recommend to anyone.

They are very friendly and professional. We called ahead first (they answered quickly and were so friendly, helpful, and professional on the phone and in person) and then did a walk-in and thought we needed our headlight covers cleaned, but they were kind enough to tell us that cleaning them would be a waste of money as they needed to be replaced entirely, which an outside mechanic/car body expert later confirmed. Jiffy Lube doesn't provide replacement, so they told us this at their own cost and didn't charge us anything. They sacrificed their own sale to look out for us. Amazing integrity and didn't rip us off. Highly recommended to all and will be back and telling others thanks to this great service! :)

Came in for a Oil Change, had an appointment to get to, this group of young men and women were organized and efficient, they got me out of there in less than 20 minutes! Huge Shout out to Andrew, Emma and Nate. Very Impressed!!! Will Definitely Be Back.
