Batteries Plus

Batteries Plus is one of the best businesses in town hands down. Their customer service is exceptional and they almost always have the part you need. If not, they will help you find a place that does. Bliss helped me with my laptop battery today - such a pro. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Check them out before you hit amazon. You won't regret it, and we all need to buy local anyway.

Just a FYI, they charge you to recycle batteries there. Just thought it was kinda weird since there are many other places that take it for free (especially because you’re trying to do the right thing). Charging people only encourages people to throw used batteries in the trash, but aside from that, wouldn’t you want people to visit the store and generate potential business traffic? ¯_(ツ)_/¯ they still get 4 stars since every experience I’ve had there was pleasant, fair, and efficient.

The battery I needed was not in stock. They ordered it for me and called me the day it arrived. I went in the next day and they took out the old battery in my phone and installed the new. I am so pleased with their customer service.

My 77 year old husband came to this facility to purchase a new golf cart battery. When he was walking across the parking lot he saw three of your employees standing inside the store talking. One came and stood by the door and watched him struggle carrying the old 90 pound battery from his car into the store. Yes, he did open the door but still offered no help. None of the three offered him help with the old battery or offer help getting the new one to the car. What is wrong with your employees? They stood there and just watched him. There were no customers in the store. Were they on a break or something? He said they were "younger" employees. I guess helping the people spending their money at your store are only important at the cash register. That's really sad. You can bet we will be telling others in need of golf cart batteries (we live in a community where 90% of the residence have golf carts) to go elsewhere and certainly NOT YOUR LOCATION.

This place is amazing! The employees are so knowledgeable and personable. I'm just now getting around to leaving a review after several months of visiting the store. My adult autistic son was really sad when his barking dog given to him by his Nana when he was a baby, stopped barking. We did everything we could to try and fix it. New batteries, taking it apart, removing the rust spots and also tried to find a replacement barker. My daughter suggested we stop by to see if they would have any luck figuring it out. One of the employees tried several things to get it working, but didn't success or the time to continue working on it that day so he asked if I could leave it and he would try to work on it as get gets a few minutes here and there.I left the dog overnight and went back to check on it the next day. He fixed it!!! He had to solder wires and remove and recreate the battery casing to remove the third battery port to make it bark using two batteries instead, and so much more. He didn't have to go through this much trouble, but he did! When I heard the bark, I was so happy and so was my son! They have a forever customer in me. I highly recommend this location to everybody. I just love how knowledgable they are.

Went into to get a light bulb for a lamp that I got an amazon. The guy with long hair was super nice and helpful. He helped me pick out the right bulb for my lamp. One could say he brightened my day!

To all people of Temecula, Murrieta & Menifee +, I have to say if you ever need any batteries, light bulbs, key fobs, the list just does on etc etc etc, this is the place to go, I have never had them say, I don't have it, can't locate one etc etc etc. They have always had what I need (and that's a lot) even odds & ends. Give these guys a try, you won't or shouldn't be disappointed. I thank all the staff at Batteries Plus Robert A.
