Temecula Smog

Friendly and fast customer service! :) The gentleman that helped me out was so welcoming and inviting! My entire smog check process took about 10-20 minutes and they also accepted my coupon. I didn't have to make an appointment beforehand which made it very easy. I was quite fascinated that they didn't need to bring my car into the garage. The smog check itself was done right in front of the shop so I was able to watch how they do it. They offer a small waiting room and their parking lot was quite empty on a Friday around 2pm. The place itself was kind of hard to find, but you just have to keep driving and find suite D. Highly recommend if you're busy and in a rush! :)

will recommend this place to everyone! They are the absolute BEST! Very nice, friendly, honest, and they get you in and out quickly. They even saved me from a failed smog run! I told them I just got my truck back from collision and they thought it may not pass since it was sitting too long. They checked it with their scanner and sure enough it wouldn’t have passed. They didn’t run the smog test and saved me from paying for a failed smog! They told me to put the miles on it and come back. I came back the next week, they did their scan check again, verified it was good, smogged my truck, and in out in 10 minutes. Temecula Smogs service is top of the line!

I am a retired NAVY VET and new to the area, so I visited 4 smog shops and all but Temecula Smog was so called "busy" and 2 of those shops had no cars in there bay to service. I have an older 1994 car and not a lot of smog shops want to check my car but today temecula smog was about to close within the hour and they still took my car to perform the smog check even if it went past there closing time. I HIGHLY recommend this smog shop, there service was welcoming , the customer service is 10 stars and the service was A+++++ . They updated me while I waited every chance they got and gave me confidence that it will pass. GOD bless this smog service shop, they definitely need more recognition for a small shop for their EXCELLENT service, very comfortable pricing and extremely welcoming customer service....if I can give more than 5 stars , they deserve 10. THANK YOU

Go to this place. I called around and looked at the reviews. Super Fast (15 mins). Good price. I didn't need to get other repairs to retest. Make sure you go to Temecula Smog and not the 1st building.

My car failed twice because of the oxygen sensor, but they explained the issue to me and were very helpful. Will continue to use their service! Quick, friendly, and professional! What more could you ask for?

They would not pass my test because I have an aftermarket air intake. Even after showing the correct C.A.R.B. number to them, I was told 'It has to have the sticker', which is not true. You can provide the CARB number associated with your vehicle's emissions components, as the smog check station will verify the compliance using that number. Further, this is how they have always handled it in the past. Please note that I have been a loyal customer here for the past 8 years, not just a random person coming in, so to be treated like this now is unacceptable. The staff was also rude, saying "We treat every car like a new one coming in", meaning my coming here for the past 8 years means nothing. Also, understand that this is a 'visual' check, and the car passed the actual smog test, so I could have been told this before the testing vs. wasting my time to test the car, then telling me it failed due to the 'visual observation' that there is an aftermarket air intake, and keeping my money. They will never get my business again. ***IN RESPONSE TO OWNER*** No, you can deny this all you want, this is your shop. For the other smog shop, if you are referring to 'Excellent Auto Care & Tire', then yes, this is where I took it after you failed me. Please don't lie on here and try to make it sound like you did not do what you did. As I stated, I had been a loyal customer for 8 years prior to this incident, which is why it was so upsetting.
