Excellent service. The Acura team is the reason I return for service and the reason for my next Acura car purchase.

Brought my car in for service a few months ago. They told me that I needed several thousands of dollars of work done; I told them I'm on a tight budget right now and needed only what would make my vehicle safe to drive because that's my main concern driving my children to/from school. They gave me a somewhat shorter list of things that totaled $3k+, but it had to be done, right? Well, AFTER all of that work was done and I paid a month's mortgage for the parts and service, THEN they told me that the results of the test they ran found more critical work that needs to be done for about 3x as much as what I'd just paid... Work that, when I got home and looked it up online, says that, essentially, my engine could potentially explode if I drive my car more than 10 miles, and for my safety, I need to get it towed to whoever is going to fix it. Nifty. So, I apparently paid for nothing. My car is not safe to drive my children in -it's not safe to drive at all- so it just sits useless. And the extra magical cherry on top? They recently sent me an e-mail about the value of my car, should I decide to sell it. Guess how much they estimate it's worth? That's right: the exact amount of money that I just paid them for seemingly no reason at all. So, basically, they're saying that if I can't pay them the $8.5k to make it ACTUALLY safe to drive, then I can sell the car to them for, basically, a refund of the pointless work they did on it. Cool. The only reason they get a second star is because one of the guys there seems like a decent dude who seemed genuinely upset about my situation... I still 100% recommend against getting work done here though.

Recently came to get my car serviced and was helped by Joanna. She was so sweet and kind and sent me numerous updates while my car was there. I appreciated her generosity towards me, asking about my day, answering all my questions, and just overall making that tedious task so smooth. Definitely haven’t had service like that at a dealership in a long time. Acura made a good decision when hiring her, and I look forward to being helped by her again in the future! Thank you!! :-)
