He was very helpful, professional, and made sure my truck was fixed to my satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with him, and I truly appreciate the way he handled the situation.

Be careful when getting your services done because they don’t replace the cabin filters. I’m not sure if they change the oil filter or the engine filter either. This happened to me, and these services are not cheap.

Was told a 15,000 mile service plus a door panel inspection would take around an hour and a half and I waited 3 hours. Best part car had a recall and it wasn’t even addressed. Go to any other Toyota for service. (In response to Toyota Temeculas reply to my original review) I’ve called Greg their head of service three separate times and have never received a call back. Rather than servicing your car at Toyota at Temecula I’d highly suggest going to Riverside or Carlsbad where they actually do it correctly and call back for service reviews.

I have been a customer at Toyota Temecula service center for well ove 10 years with multiple vehicles. They are nice and helpful and their location is convenient for me. The only thing I complain about on almost every visit, my vehicle is ready for me and I don’t get notified. I sit there way longer than their estimate before I ask someone to find out it’s been ready. They have my phone number and I have even sent a text to the service associate with no response. I have always had to go find someone myself. I may still use them but now I know if I don’t want to waist my time, I will ask ever so often if it’s ready. I would use Toyota of Carlsbad if it wasn’t so far. They are amazing and are in contact with you the whole time. Their waiting area is on a way bigger level too but just communication and not making me waste my time is all I ask.

Brought my car in at 6am with a piece of metal in my back tire. Could drive no further without getting a blow out. I had no appointment but they took care of me anyways and got me back on the road without missing work. Shah was fantastic. Huge help he could tell I needed to get back on the road asap. Toyota service is the best period. This is why I will be a lifer and will be going through them for my next car. Thank you Shah and a shout out to Alex who got me in the express lane to get it going faster!!

When I initially called to schedule a brake cleaning service, I was clearly informed by the scheduling department that the service would include cleaning all four brakes. Based on that information, I proceeded with the appointment. After the service, I continued experiencing issues with my brakes. When I called back to verify the process of the brake cleaning service, I was informed that only the rear brakes were cleaned, as per the procedure for hybrid vehicles. This directly contradicts what I was originally told. While the service advisor I worked with was courteous and apologetic, no manager has contacted me to address this clear miscommunication. I believe the dealership should honor the original information provided to me and take the appropriate steps to correct the situation.

after a less than ideal experience at a local shop, Alexis J. came through. he helped me diagnose an issue with my vehicle and, contrary to common complaints about dealership repair shops, Alexis went out of his way to save me money. this young man is to be commended for his outstanding customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.
