DCH Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Temecula Service Center

Chris helped me manage my Jeep while it was at the Service Dept and very helpful and he kept me informed. John was my mechanic, met him when I dropped it off and he looked under the hood and saw things right away. And after correcting those found another issue before I picked it up. Thank you both for being proactive versus only taking care of the basics. I appreciate that!

I did not have an appointment. I showed up early in the morning for an oil change and tire rotation. Rudy came out and got my vehicle in asap. I only had to wait one and a half hours for my vehicle to be completed. Rudy is always a true professional and takes great care of me. He doesn’t hesitate to get things done to show his commitment to his customers. Get that guy a pay raise. He deserves it. 😎

Aaliyah was great! Her communication was clear and prompt! I recommend that she sets the standard for your service department! Missed the 5 star due to me showing up to pick up my vehicle and discovered a new issue. I requested that a detailed inspection be done on my vehicle since it is still under warranty, but the only thing I received feedback on was maintenance recommendations. However Aaliyah proved a vehicle for me to use while awaited the new repair, so that SOP saved the day! I still love my RAM truck!

This was the second time getting service at DCH of Temecula. Great experience from start to finish. Scheduling was extremely easy. I received text and email reminders. Once I checked in, they made sure to give me a time line and text for updates. The service was fast, complete, and courteous. Everything was explained before the service and reviewed afterwards. I wish every customer experience in life was like this. They knocked it out of the park!

The service center as well as the tech appointed to me for my Jeep servicing were both amazing. I was greeted with a smile and they had me in my service rental within 15 minutes. Great service from the team here. Big shout out to Chris Bennet. Helping make my experience easy and painless. Brought in my Ram 1500, had a warranty, the entire process there was communication and transparency over the cost and coverage. Drove away with all issues fixed. Happy customer here. Highly recommend the experience. It is a dealership so be patient and they will take care of you. Will be returning for service.
