DCH Kia of Temecula Service Center

Had my engine replaced a year back and dealt with the weird whining in my new engine until the delay in reaction was enough for me to ask if they replaced the spark plugs in my new engine. Was told to bring it in, under warranty, only for them to call me 2 days later and say the problem is not under warranty and I need to pay them $220 for a bogus diagnostic fee. Dropped it off with no check engine light, picked it up with a check engine light, was told it’s not their problem I denied repairs. Had also asked if previous recommendations they urged (insisted were dire) were still recommended (I didn’t touch the drive belt they said I needed) and said no, it was fine. Save your car and your money and go somewhere else that won’t scam you out of your hard earned money. DCH as a company is just pure trash.

Damien was very patient and very personable when it came to helping me decide on my Kia K5. He took the time to answer all questions and concerns and did his absolute best to accommodate to our desired needs. Yes it takes forever for someone to answer. It's worse than calling the DMV, however, the service is great. They seem short staffed, they are a very busy location. Dropped off my car without an appointment for an oil change and it was done within 2hrs! When i dropped off my vehicle there were at least 15-20 cars ahead of mine. One of the guys even fixed something that Riverside Kia failed to do for us.

I purchased a Kia electric car 10 months ago. The sales person was friendly, however, the service department is horrible. I need service done on my car and have tried calling several times with no answer. I have left voice mails with no return calls. I have spoken to the service manager who just forwarded me to another service worker who didn’t answer the phone. I left a message and still no return call. I have a service warranty on my car. At this point, I’ll likely not use it since I can’t get through. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FEOM THIS DEALERSHIP. You may get a deal but it’s not worth it. Subaru in Temecula has excellent service and I should have bought another car from them.

This was my first time using temecula kia service , normally i use a different location. My first impression was not great , My car was under warranty and I felt there was a lot of dishonesty and push back as soon as i dropped my car off. They gave me a rental after i asked if they provided one and it was not clean and i even ended up vacuuming it myself. When i got my car back it was more dirty than when i dropped it off and usually at every other location ive been to they take my car through their car wash before i get it back. I will not be using this location again and am disappointed with the service i received

I really had a great experience at this Kia dealership in Temecula .. took care of us and will be getting all our oil changes for our new Toyota Camry here as well now .. great salesmen (Dennis) and staff .. recommend 100%
