It was easy to setup an appointment, and when I walked in I was greeted by Omar A. He was friendly, knew his stuff and was able to explain to me what the car needed and how long they would take to fix it. Highly recommend their service department. Their waiting area was also very clean and professional with refreshments available to customers while they wait.

I have had my vehicle serviced here many times and my experience is always great. Most recently, Miguel helped me. He was so kind and positive and explained everything throughly. There are ample seats in the waiting area and it’s always clean. The free coffee is always appreciated as well.

Every time I’ve gone to Honda Temecula I’ve had a wonderful experience! The waiting room has comfortable chairs, wifi and coffee. I always feel comfortable. I’ve been helped a couple of times by Omar and he is amazing! He is always kind, helpful and thoroughly explains what services my car needs and why. I would definitely recommend Honda Temecula!

I will highly recommend DCH Honda of Temecula especially the staffs are so friendly, courteous and very professional in dealing with the customers. The reception area is very nice and clean. Omar is the best! He always answers any questions I have and remembers my name every time I go in! The waiting area is always clean and stocked with coffee, tea and treats! My sister is looking into getting a Honda and I will definitely tell her to go here!

DCH Honda of Temecula has the best service. The technician are all professional and reasonable. I love about 1.5 hours away and still prefer to have my vehicle serviced here rather than the closest Honda dealership (Moss Bros). I have been helped by almost all the technicians since I've gone like 8 times for car maintenance. All interactions were good and they were helpful.
