I can't thank Linda at Audio Addiction enough for her incredible service! I was in a tight spot, needing a hard-to-find battery on a Wednesday afternoon before driving to Arizona the day before Thanks Giving. Linda went above and beyond to track it down for me that same day. Not only did she secure the battery, but she also personally delivered it to my mechanic's shop so it could be installed immediately. Talk about top-notch customer service! Never Got around to giving my review so here it is: I purchased a brand new 2020 Lexus GSF and took it to audio addiction to add a subwoofer and amp to my vehicle. I stopped by one day while they were still working on the installation it and found my brand new leather lower seat bolsters sitting on top of the car facing down full of dust. I asked if they could please remove them to prevent any damage to the car paint and seats. they did remove the seats but it slightly raised my awareness on the quality of work. I let it go and just kept Looking forward to the end result. Once the vehicle was ready we sat in the car and they showed me the new audio features and how to properly make the changes. I was very happy with the clean and clear sound. However, I noticed there were scratches on the red leather Specifically on the front driver seat and rear driver side seat bolster. the gentlemen showed the trunk where they installed a subwoofer with an boxed enclosure and I noticed some of the paint was chipped on the rear bumper and cloth like material from the subwoofer box was engraved into the portion where paint was missing( probably from loading enclosure into trunk) I raised my concerns and was highly disappointed in the denial to take ownership of such mistakes. They just agreed to send a guy out to repair and touch up the areas where the leather was damaged but denied they had anything to do with the paint. The vehicle had just rolled out the dealership and did not have any imperfections inside or out. I hope this does not happen to anyone else and that they have learned from their mistakes. The highest disappointment to me was the lack of integrity.

They are excellent at recommending products and their installation is clean! I’m super impressed by their team of audio experts! Carlos is phenomenal at how he installs equipment! They work with you to design your system and make sure you love it! They are friendly, down-to-Earth and professional! Thank you so much again! I will always use them for all of my audio, camera rear view mirror, and any stereo equipment needs!

Just wanted to take a minute and give a huge shoutout to these guys. The staff was amazing, they have very honest and quality work and I highly recommend getting your needs done here. They installed a duel 10” system in my truck and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Will be coming back in the future and will be recommending to others!

This is the second vehicle I brought here for a full stereo upgrade. Both times they knocked it out of the park! They listen to what I wanted, listened to my budget and set up the best system to meet my expectations. This included a custom sub box in the back of my 4Runner that still allows full use of the third row. They also were able to run 1000watt amp oft the stock head unit, because I just like the way it looks over aftermarket. They take the time to put you in the car to fine tune the sound & have you come back to tune again if needed. I will continue to come back with each new vehicle I buy and recommend them to everyone!!!
