Firestone Complete Auto Care

These people break something on my car almost every single time I bring it in - this time it was a locking lug nut key that they snapped off into the locking lugnut. When they called me to let me know the work was done they totally downplayed what they had done. I'm not sure why I continue to give them business - they genuinely don't care about you or your vehicle. Wish I could find somewhere solid nearby cause this place is not it. Edit: Reached out to corporate 8 days ago, they said I would be contacted within 2 days by regional to set something up to get it fixed. I have heard absolutely nothing from anyone at Firestone. Really a joke at this point. Second Edit: Another Firestone location were great and helped me out to get things fixed, the one down on Hamilton. I would go there instead

We had an appointment for 11am on Saturday 1/25. Checked in at 11:30am. Periodically checked on my car throughout the day asking for a time of completion. No one called me during the day, as they said they would with an update on my car. After getting a quote of 4:30pm for completion, showed up at 5:20pm and my car still was not done. Was given the corporate speech that “waiters” are taken before appointments and my car was pushed off again. Now the quote I was given is not being honored. $60 higher. No compensation being offered - except a free service to return to this location. No thank you.

Kevin is accommodating and honest. Him and his team do excellent work and try their absolute best to get the diagnosis right the first time. Having worked in auto repair in my previous years, sometimes it's difficult, especially on neglected automobiles that haven't been properly maintained. I travel from Pataskala just to have the work done by Kevin and his team!! I appreciate their work!!

I took my car to this shop for a diagnosis. The staff were friendly, but after receiving the diagnosis report "verbally", I decided not to proceed with repairs there due to the high cost. Despite paying over $100 for the diagnosis, I requested a copy of the report, which is standard practice for such services. The manager refused to provide a printed copy, claiming it couldn’t be printed, and promised to email it instead. However, I never received the report. It feels like either retaliation for not choosing to have my car repaired there or perhaps the actual report differs from what they presented to me verbally.

We take all 3 of our family cars to this location and everyone we have worked with has been friendly and helpful! They are always willing to help fix a problem, no matter how small, and are always willing to take your car if emergency issues come up. However, as a result they can get pretty busy and there can be delay in getting your car back or even getting a call with an update on what is going on. They are very busy so I understand that calling customers with updates would be time consuming and likely not feasible, however, it would be appreciated. All in all we would recommend this location and continue taking our cars to them, just know that you may have to call them multiple times and give them a hard deadline for when you need your car back.

I had an amazing experience at Firestone! The team was incredibly helpful and made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. They handled my tire replacement and oil change quickly and professionally, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Highly recommend this location!

Was there on 1/10/25 for scheduled Honda maintenance. Staff was pleasant and work went well. They mail my work retail invoice and it’s only then, at home, that I notice work that I apparently “declined.” This time it was Coolant Fluid Exchange and Battery Corrosion Package. I was not presented with these items nor was I aware of these. Don’t know why they did this. Second time this has happened. In future I will ask for my invoice at the store and look to see if I have “declined” any work. Other than that, they are great.
