I will always come to this location as long as Amanda is the Manager. She is extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. Her leadership skills are absolutely recognized as she was regularly observed teaching and mentoring her staff as I was sitting in my vehicle awaiting the completion of service. She is a perfect representative of your business!

The store was super busy on a very cold day and everyone was so polite. They go above and beyond at his location. I had a few questions and Amanda and Emilan were amazing. Their knowledge and customer service is very impressive. They asked about extra services, but in a polite and respectful way.

Valvoline pricing should indicate the proper number of quarts of oil for the oil change. Our truck requires (6) quarts of oil, but we were charged for a 5qt oil change + (1) more. It's best to provide the actual cost for services when it's known the vehicle requires (6) quarts...not (5) quarts + (1)

Fantastic experience today thanks to Elrico. Some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. He was quick, efficient, and honestly a joy to talk to. He helped me save money by encouraging me to check the website for discounts as well. Elrico is the real deal, and this location is lucky to have him. Also want to give a shout out to Melina, Shawn, and Aaron for the speedy oil change. Won’t be going anywhere else for service going forward.

Best experience with oil change shop thus far. 15 years. Melina was my point of contact and she is efficient, kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I want to give her more than a review she was absolutely incredible. Tyler and Aaron worked on my vehicle. And they were lightening speed and efficient. 14 minutes it took them to do 8 different services I ended up getting on top of the oil change. Clean facility. Definitely will be going back because of them. Thank you so much guys!

Speedy and friendly! Asked for coupons, laid out prices for services I might be interested in and those that I asked about. Were very up front about what they thought did and didn't need done and didn't fight about anything I didn't want to do today. Just generally helpful and professional.

Outstanding folks. Very knowledgeable , friendly, and fast. Clean workplace and restroom. They even took me by surprise by showing me my oil dip stick had the right amount of fluid. Checked my car lights and even asked for my permission to enter my car as to continue service. Great experience .
