Surprisingly good service. I needed a flat repair done on the weekend and I just started a new job so I absolutely needed it done before Monday. I showed up on Saturday and they worked me in more quickly than expected. I observed the technician as he carefully found the leak and marked it appropriately. Once he finished repairing it properly, he put it back on my vehicle and then pulled out a torque wrench to set the tightness to the correct pound-feet of torque. It was a pleasure to watch these guys work. It was also at a price that was better than my expectations. Excellent job. I will be back when it is time for new tires!

Great service, and great people, especially Paul and Colin. Ive been here a couple of times for different reasons like an oil change and new tires. They not only take their time, let me know what is wrong with my car, but they also make sure to keep my vehicle safe and maintained for me to continue to drive. I appreciate their time and commitment to keep everyone satisfied and happy with their services.

Every single time we have been here (which has been 5 times since they first opened) they have given us the most amazing service ever. They have let my son have a hat from them and they are so kind and helpful every single time! We will never go anywhere else and I recommend them to anyone that needs service. I have always had a pleasant experience with Alex and Doug but all of the people there are great!! Give them a try!!

I've been coming to Express Oil Change for a number of years, and I'm grateful that they've had locations in the places I've lived in TX, TN, and OH. Their location in New Albany on Johnstown Road has been especially helpful with the oil changes and regular maintenance on my vehicle and my boyfriend's vehicle. Their prices save us money over using competitors, and their New Albany staff has been the best so far - always willing to go the extra mile with preventative maintenance. They'll always be my first choice in getting my car looking at. Thanks so much!

We are traveling visiting family in New Albany and stopped in yesterday for an oil change and new wipers. Corey was so kind, informative, and gave us honest assessments of our van’s situation. He even changed our headlight. Today our tire was low and he had the same cheerful attitude while airing us up. What a bright spot in our trip from an unexpected source! I had an amazing experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers! The customer service was fantastic - they got me in and out very quickly. Corey and Rick were the best! They specialize in oil changes, brakes, and the whole works. I was so impressed that they even fixed a plastic piece on my car that was flopping around. I will definitely be coming back again!

This is the only place I go to anymore for work on my vehicle, they are very professional and really easy to get along with. All the mechanics are knowledgeable, Alex impressed me with his precise, fast work and good attitude.

As a female I always get wary about getting my oil changed by myself, as in the past two separate establishments did not put my air filter back in. This establishments was amazing, very professional and no one pressured me to do anything but just get oil, they did recommend new air filter, which definitely needed changed. Service was fast and very friendly. I highly recommend going here for any car services.

Updated - The store GM reached out within 24 hours to discuss the situation. I appreciate his response to the event. He offered to look over the vehicle himself, at my convenience, to ensure that there were no issues. It was clear that the behavior I witnessed in my previous visit was not to his standards. I’ve used this location for at least 10 different service events and it’s typically been a good experience. Today, it was unacceptable. The service technician in the oil change bay was obviously having a bad day and they wanted everyone around them to have the same. They were cursing loudly, complaining about working on my vehicle and to top it off they decided it was acceptable to throw the skid plate of my vehicle from under the car into the service bay door. I’m weary if the oil filter was changed and if there was any damage caused to my vehicle due to the technicians temper tantrum. Couldn’t get my vehicle out of there fast enough. I’ll take it somewhere else this week to see what damages may have been caused. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my vehicles elsewhere in the future.
