The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed for my car. They didn’t just push sales—they offered thoughtful recommendations and answered all my questions with patience. The store is well-organized, and I was able to find everything from replacement parts to high-quality accessories. They even had a great selection of tools and fluids that I hadn’t been able to find at other places. I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive pricing as well—great value for top-notch products. What really stood out to me was how quickly I was able to get in and out, even with a lot of other customers around. The staff was efficient, and there was no pressure to rush my decisions. This was my first experience with Oxford Automotive. I went for a basic oil change and tire rotation. The process was seamless and done with great customer care. Pricing was very good and, since we only have one car, they offered free drop off and pick up. Great first impression! Matt M

Very great experience at the shop. It was a busy day, and they were reliable with addressing the issues I came in for via an appointment with oil change, inspection and tire rotation. Great pricing and then follow up to check in. Working in customer service that is very important to but I did not expect them to exceed the expectations of that. Thank you and highly recommend to friends and family!

Expensive !!!I took my truck in there, knowing exactly what was wrong with it from a previous mechanic. But they insisted on charging me $181 to run a diagnostic test . A good Mechanic would’ve realized by looking at it and listening to my truck and what it was doing it was obvious.Low and behold, that’s exactly what they fixed.. I was charged triple for the price of the part. And it only took them one hour to fix it but they charged me for two and stated it’s because two mechanics worked on it at the same time. I advise anybody who gets an estimate from there to do your homework and get a second opinion and get online and look things up. You should expect to be charged $181 plus tax just to have them look at it.

I really loved how easy the process was and how quickly they could get the work done. It really helped while I was traveling through. They gave me a long list of problems with the car though and the price would’ve probably meant the car was totaled. I’d gotten a diagnostic from auto zone that I might need a fuel injector or new catalytic converter. Since this came up as something to change with them as well, I just did that and not the few thousand dollars of other work they also recommended. My car is still making some noises so maybe it wasn’t the catalytic converter after all. Another garage I’d gone to didn’t find any issues other than the converter though. It’s unfortunately so hard to tell what is wrong with a car and what it needs without having an understanding of cars and then looking yourself.

Excellent, honest, thorough and fairly priced repairs and services were done on my auto this week. I also got new tires which they procured to my specifications then mounted and balanced. They took me home, then came and picked me up when the job was finished.

I have a 2019 Genesis G90 that has always been serviced by a dealer in Columbus, Ohio. I have been less than pleased with the service from the dealer recently and found Oxford Automotive. Not only do they have great reviews, I have two friends that recommended them highly. This was my first experience with Oxford and I am impressed. They serviced my car and provided feedback very promptly regarding systems and needs. Their prices are reasonable for the services and they are very convenient to my home. I'm looking forward to the new relationship with Oxford Automotive!

Highly recommend Oxford Automotive!! Booking an appointment is quick and easy online. Everyone there is friendly and professional. I specifically request Zeke because he is kind, hard working and very experienced. He always explains things in detail (in a way that I can actually understand it) and does a quality job in everything he does. I will always trust him with my car! 10/10!!

Great experience. I have dealt with Travis for years when he was with another company. When he moved over to Oxford, I went with him. I even drove from Powell to New Albany to get the oil changed in my 911 because I know I can trust Travis to make sure the job is done right. Hunter, euro tech, was extremely friendly and made sure he checked out my car and that everything was in excellent and safe shape since the car had been stored for the winter. Great group of people and Oxford has a great reputation for competitive prices and quality work.

Great business! Right down the road from my house and excellent service. Scheduling was quick and easy. Had an oil change and tire rotation. Good price. Love how they do a free bumper to bumper inspection!
