Absolutely blown away by the exceptional service at this shop! Jacob and Hunter went above and beyond to assist me on short notice, demonstrating true professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction. The level of transparency was outstanding. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and everything was explained in a way that made me feel informed and confident in my decisions. The added touch of sending photos of the inspection directly to my phone was a game-changer. No other shop has ever done that for me. This level of honesty and attention to detail is rare, and I’ll definitely be returning for all my vehicle maintenance needs!

I went in for an oil change, which was quick fast and easy. Once the technicians looked at my car Jacob came out to explain the different things that needed maintenance. He wasn’t pushy with buying anything! Simply just making me knowledgeable on what’s going on and the importance on getting these things fixed ASAP! I will definitely be back again

My experience here was wonderful! I heard a rattling noise coming from my tire well. I went in to have it inspected, expecting to have to wait a while as they were already pretty busy. However, the new manager Jacob came out to my car(didn’t even have to pull it in the garage!), figured out what was wrong, and put new bolts in, all in under 10 minutes!! It’s hard to find a reliable auto shop and this location was great. The service was amazing, I will definitely be back in the future!

I came by for a quick oil change and the Midas team went above and beyond specially the manager Jacob. When I go to a place for an oil change the dealers would just want to sell sell sell with no information on why I would need the item, Jacob took his time to walk me the the importance of changing things like my air filter, windshield wipers and my other fluids. This was such an exceptional experience it makes me think of how bad I was treated and over sold at other shops not here this was amazing thanks a lot to the Midas team and big thank to the team leader Jacob!
