Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The guy that helped me suggested services my car needed in a professional, friendly manner. Technician in bay two answered questions for me while my lead guy was getting my oil. He was very knowledgeable and friendly also.

I was checked in within 10 minutes of arriving and everyone was very nice and helpful. It was a quick oil change and everything was done perfectly! I have been getting my oil changed here for a couple years and I definitely will continue!

Didn’t catch the oil leak. Didn’t even say it was low on oil when I brought it in. One month and $6000 later the oil leak is fixed which also caused the timing chain to have to be replaced.

Survey Comment: I arrived at the location and the three stalls were occupied. There were no other vehicles there otherwise. I was told to get in the second bay line. I waited for nearly 10 minutes when another car arrived and they were put in bay line 3. About another 10 minutes later another car arrived and they were put in bay line 1. The cars in both line 3 and line 1 were serviced and left before I was ever called in. I waited for over 30 minutes while people that arrived 10 minutes after me were serviced and left. This is inexcusable. I’ll never come back to Valvoline.

I have been to this location many times. The wait time to get in is usually under 15 minutes. It helps to know your vehicle before you go. Know what kind of oil is best, last time you changed your air filter, any scheduled maintenance. Knowing this not only makes the process faster but also eliminates unnecessary repairs. That being said, they are not pushy to up sell. You can Google, Valvoline coupons and find discounts for basic services. The staff is very nice and answer any questions that I had. It is to get into and out of. It can be tricky the first time because it sits back a little off of a hill/slope.

I am almost positive that I was charged for a service that I did not receive. I am admittedly naive about car things, so I trusted that they would be helpful as they were being kind and supportive. They said that I change my air filter, which I am now learning is a scam tactic. I admit this is my fault for accepting this service without research, except I am positive they did not even do the service I was charged for. They said they would have to go through my glove box to do it, so I know they never did. I did not realize I was charged for it still until after I left. Additionally, there was a man working there that was clearly inexperienced which would be fine, but that meant that the people helping me were very delayed due to having to fix his errors. I was there for an hour. I heard multiple men cussing about things which would be fine but was pretty constant. An employee drove through multiple times which created fighting between employees which further delayed my service. So all this to say, I would not go here unless you have no other choice. I was really disappointed in this service, and I feel like I was used for my kindness and patience.

Very friendly service team! Tech installed my engine air filter for free after they found out my particular filter was out of stock. I came back shortly after they closed and the tech happily installed it for me no problem.

Great customer service. My husband and I come here to get oil change. Dus is very patient and friendly. He always make sure I understand everything being done to my car. I will be back!
