I recently visited Mr. Tire for the first time and had an outstanding experience! I purchased four Cooper tires and couldn't be happier with the service. The manager and the technicians were absolutely fantastic. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The manager was incredibly helpful in explaining the different tire options and helped me choose the best fit for my needs. The technicians were prompt and efficient, and they did a great job installing the tires. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority at Mr. Tire. I highly recommend them for their exceptional service and quality products. Quick and friendly experience. Paul was extremely kind at the front counter and my car was done next day even though I dropped off later in the day prior! I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles here from now on!

Scheduled an appointment and specified exact tires that I wanted to purchase. Show up and the rude counter person says "We aint got those tires!" Wasted morning could be been avoided if the scheduler followed up.
