Employees seem to have zero interest in helping customers. I asked a kid who looked about 14 years old if they had 5W40. He spent about 5 seconds looking, said "I don't see it", then walked away without another word.

I went to this location on Hamilton rd around 1pm today and got the worst service by the lazy associate. First he looked and spoke like he was high, and was giving me horrible service because I am a gay man. I asked for assistance and he acted like he was too busy to help me. He pointed to the area. Still unsure of the oil I needed I asked him to pull up my last purchase and acted like I was putting him out. What a disrespectful person. And a racist individual.

Had battery issues, you know, it's a bit cold right now. The staff here went above and beyond to help, can't say enough good things, if you need a battery, this is your place!

This guy was running the store alone and did a great job. Took the time while helping people in the store as well as installing someone's battery to come over and help me put my wiper blades on. Excellent service. Highly recommend this kind of service.

Clean place, helpful staff, majority of the time they have the item(s) that I need in stock. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star would be for price matching. They will not match the price to any online competition, even if it is 100% exactly the same item. Before anyone jumps on me for saying this hear me out. When I mean 100% exact, I mean brand, item number, anything else you want to check. Also there is free shipping. And when you look at the price difference from online was $11.00 compared to over $25.00 in store. I get that I have to wait 2 days, but when you are buying multiple items that in store add up to over $150.00, but online and shipped to my house with guaranteed return for roughly $70.00... well I am buying it online. Again, no blame on the store because they are following company guidelines, but I just could not go to a 5 star for that.

Employees are unwilling to help. The manager actually exclaimed in the back room “I’m not gonna look for this part” Not sure why they’re even there if they don’t even help the customers? Go to AutoZone instead.
