What can I say! Saved me big time. My battery was on its last leg. It was corroded and dying. I went there just hoping to purchase the battery. Well DJ EVEN INSTALLED IT FOR ME. Such a life save. I’m sure I would’ve be stranded somewhere had he not replaced it I’m sure it would’ve not been good. Thank you DJ!!☺️

Purchased a battery for my Jeep earlier this week. Couldn’t afford top tier so purchased the one I could afford. Battery died within 2 days. Took it back but they had no more in stock. They were kind enough to give me a great upgraded battery at no charge! Thank you!!

Last Thursday, my renegade stopped at a light and I had to get a jump. I decided to stop by the location on N Hamilton because it was 5 minutes from my job and Doran or Dorian helped me by testing my battery and alternator, it all tested good. Over the weekend, I decided to stop by an Auto Zone in Ontario Ohio and purchase a battery, since they offered to install, I waited but was told I had to take it to the dealer because it was an electrical issue. I decided to look up how to change the battery for a renegade and it was pretty basic of connecting to the post, the hard thing was the harness screw. So I rode to work on Monday with the new battery on my car floor and the car stopped again, I decided to take to N Hamilton location and spoke to Doran or Dorian (can't remember the spelling) but he offered to install the battery I bought over the weekend, he patiently installed my battery and made sure it started and that I was taken care of. He is truly a rock star and definitely an asset to the team. I want someone to share this review with him, he saved me...that's how I felt, now that is awesome customer service. I will always think of this location for my car needs. Thank You!

The guy who helped me with my battery was super knowledgeable, friendly, and went way above and beyond by fixing my hood latch, which has been an issue for YEARS! Highly recommend this location!

Stopped in to test the battery in my 2021 Honda Passport after it failed to start twice in the last week. Was cold and windy outside, but Dillon didn't hesitate to come out and help me. He had to remove a couple of parts as this battery isn't super easy to get to, then tested the battery and told me I didn't need a new one right now. He put everything back together quickly and advised me on how to prevent draining the battery in the future. I tried to pay him, and he said no. The visit cost me nothing, and it was still some of the best customer service I've experienced in a while. Thanks for helping an old lady, Dillon, and good job, Autozone!
