My car is a 2019 with low miles, bought at this dealer 1 year ago. I've been in once for an oil change, and once bc my garage rim broke a plastic covering underneath the car. Both times I've been treated incredibly nicely, and the last time was above and beyond. The service advisor, Kyle, actually got down on the ground and fixed this plastic component within 10 minutes. He did himself! I will always buy and service my cars at Ettleson, I can't believe how accommodating and helpful everyone has been.

Honestly they don't even deserve 1 star but it is what it is. First off I went in last month saying that my car had a burning rubber smell coming from the engine to find out I was dripping oil onto my exhaust. They told me on a friday it would have been done by Monday afternoon but Monday afternoon came around and they said we'll the mechanic just started working on it earlier today so it should be done tomorrow, they didn't call text nothing until I got ahold of them then they hung up on me the first time so tried again and found out that they basically just started on it. 2nd they told me well it can't be your oil pan that was leaking because u just got that done last year well guess what now it's dripping from the seal they put on last year. Honestly in the past 5 years I've been going here there services have been worse and worse they will tell you one thing one minute then the next something else there just a money hungry place that don't care about there customers just how much they can weasel out of your pocket. Save yourselves the headache and hundreds if not of thousands of dollars.

Ripoff! Everytime i go for oil change the say something is wrong with my vehicle, take it to my mechanic to find it is a lie. Went yesterday my car was fine, had oil change told Anthony this is make it or break it deal with unusually long oil changes, lies, not telling me when my car is done. Sure enough am there quite awhile and ask about my car, he texts me a list of problems totaling 1,300. Tell him i will take it to my mechanic. They take a long time to get car back to me. Fluids were not topped and he said they top fluids, nothing on the insoection report and SERVICE LIGHT CAME ON AFTER I LEFT!!! RIPOFF!! Ettleson motto used to be "WHERE YOU ALWAYS SAVE MORE MONEY" SHOULD BE "WHERE THEY ALWAYS TRY TO RIP YOU OFF FOR MORE MONEY".
