I have to say that Carlos in the service department, and the whole team of service directors are a class act. These guys always go out of their way, and never make you feel like you're a problem, like so many other businesses. I've purchased and serviced cars at Audi, and these guys treat me with way more respect and dignity, and that's why I will always use them. Carlos goes out of his way to make sure you're experience is awesome. I talk his ear off when I'm there and the guy is just a good person and employee. I'm very detailed oriented, and Carlos gets it. UPDATE: Today 5/8 Service Manager Steve reached out to me for an explanation of my experience. As I mentioned below Steve was willing to work with me and stated that if this incident was brought up to his attention, he would've found a solution keeping both parties happy. He understood my stance and the importance of maintaining a good relationship with his customers. He also kept his professionalism throughout the call which I really appreciated. OP: I have been very diligent to making sure I schedule the maintenance on my VW when I receive emails or texts. Last week I completed my second complementary oil change/maintenance check. I couple of weeks back I had reached out to the service center about an incident that occurred that ended up impacting my tire's integrity. The road hazard that impacted the tire did some damage so I called and was notified that I could have a $150 hazard credit applied towards a new tire. Since I had my maintenance already scheduled for 5/3 I figure I would take care of all of it since I live in the city. I was approached by Carlos and inquired about the credit and he mentioned that the credit can ONLY be applied if I came in within 6 months of my last service checkup which was back in Oct of 2023. That would have meant that April was the cutoff for the tire credit. I missed the cutoff by 3 days since I was advised to get the recommended complementary maintenance scheduled when the email came out. After finalizing my service, Carlos told me all the things that was done on the vehicle except the tire rotation because of the damage that was on my tire. He stated that "if the tire was to blow out, you would want it to be on the front side of the car". The reason I am leaving 1 star is simple, as a customer I like knowing that a service department is looking out for me and will accommodate minor incidents. Missing the "cutoff" by 3 days when I am still within my complementary maintenance visits that I schedule when I receive emails is absurd. I could have well said the incident happened today to be within the "6 month" period but I wanted to be honest to see if there was anything the service department could accommodate me with. The gentleman on the original call never mentioned anything about a 6 months window. Experiences like these do not give me the confidence to purchase another car or refer others because of the nickel and diming that customers already experience at other shops.

Hello there, I been bringing my 2018 Passat for service since new, and always loved their customer service attention.. but lately have been noticing that their excelent customer service has been declining.. just this last time as soon I drove inside garage I waited good 5 min to someone even greeted me and noticed I was there for service.. May be they noticed because they looked at me, but no one said please give us a min we little busy. I would understand that! But instead nothing.. any ways! It looked short staffed since everyone was running up and down! Please support your team by adding enough personal so they continue giving exceptional service.

Carlos in service was excellent. Even though this a was a scheduled 70k service, his communication was timely, always had a smile and he hustles! You can tell he likes his job and that's wonderful to see. I arrived 30 mins late due to an accident on LaGrange road and service department was able to accommodate me no problem and give me a loaner to make things easier. Also, always love the nice snacks, sandwiches and beverages in the waiting area. It's a nice classy touch and I've always had a great experience at this dealership.
