check the work on your cars that they claim they're doing. second time they are charging me for tire rotation and they didn't do it. first time while ago the thread on my tires was different i saw that the tires were not rotated i call them and had to go again waste time to have the job done, now 1 of my tires is slowly losing air the tire is on the same position and they claim they did the rotation, just spoke to the manager he says i don't know why miscommunication probably i asked him how many times the miscommunication happens he said i dont know that is my answer he didn't seem to care too much. its not about the 20$ they are charging for the tire rotation and hadn't done it but for the question i should ask myself now "did they do the oil change at all" anyway i won't go here for any service or business at all

Everyone is so polite. I was told I'd have to wait and my car was 👍 done when they said it would be.. I like Country side better than other locations because they go out of their way to keep you happy.

The customer service was great, that's what I've come to expect from Subaru. I've been to three separate locations( Highland Park, Irving Park in the city, and Countryside)all three have had fantastic customer service!
