I purchased 4 tires at Ettleson & the entire process was fantastic. The service advisor, Kevin Phillips, was very straightforward as far as pricing. I had done some online searching & the price I was given at Ettleson actually was lower than all the regular tire shops. I will admit that I always felt that an auto dealer would always be more expensive than specific service shops but that is not the case. Plus, as an added benefit, you are getting serviced by certified mechanics.

I bought my 2021 Sierra AT4 from here new, The service department is 5 star and shoutout to Kevin Phillips who i have dealt with from day 1, GMC corp ties Ettleson's hands on parts backups and when that happens the advisors take the abuse because their the face of GMC at the moment! The service here is top notch and the reputation of taking your car to a stealership with other dealerships service departments does not exist here! The service dept. at Ettleson is honest and upfront and that's why i've been going here 4 years, Give Kevin a raise!
