After coming here for my last oil change my TPMS some how messed up … before service I had one TPMS go out after service. Then after my second oil change after declining to replace the one that went out. All of a sudden a second one went out. After discussing how much it would cost to change them out one advisor told me I would be fine if I waited to change them. When I left this time they were all reset and ready to go. Not even 10 minutes after I left two more sensors went out again!!! I called the service the department they said to come by and they would reset them no charge. I came back so they could fix the problem they made. Not even 15 minutes went by and the service advisor came by and said I was ready to go… I get into my car. And now all 4 are not reading on my dash …..the service advisor now informs me that I have to replace all 4 sensors…which cost over $800.00 to do.. Why should I pay for something your service department messed up???

My service at this dealership was wonderful. Everyone was polite and they answered every questions that I had asked regarding my car. Jeff was awesome he explained everything to me that was going on with my truck. Jeff is an awesome guy. Thanks for fixing my truck in a timely manner and to explaining everything to over the phone and in person.

Every time I go in for service it can be from oil changes to error message on my dash. Jeff and Owen greet and assist me with anything I need. They’re always ready and willing to help. Very professional. It’s nice to have them be the first to interact with when you arrive.

First of all, I NEVER received an inspection video and my paper work shows I did. Second, the initial call I got was stated to me I had “rodent damage” BEFORE the real problem was discovered. A PVC valve is NOT rodent damage. They just assumed due to my prior history. Both of my parents had to call for updates and I was NEVER contacted until the car was ready. They never mentioned rodent damage to either of my parents and I never got paperwork on this new warranty I got for free per Emily. The only good thing that happened was I got my car back quick.
