Every single person we interacted with was amazing, keeping us (and our dogs) comfortable the entire time. A special shoutout to Mike, our technician, for his dedication and expertise. I scheduled a simple oil change at Westfield Ford through the FordPass app. It was during my day off, and had to drive 30 minutes out of my way only to arrive to a rude service advisor behind the counter who turned me away from my scheduled appointment. They appeared short staffed and over booked. The service advisor was immediately defensive after I showed him my confirmation email for the time I showed up. He claimed there is a known glitch in the FordPass app scheduling system and he acted like it was my problem. His advice at first was to come back Saturday morning at 6:30am on a holiday weekend (no thank you). I asked if it would take 1-2 hours for an oil changed I’d be more than happy to wait…he quickly said no and it would take all day if he squeezed me in. His attitude became very disgruntled at this point and I advised him I hope Ford doesn’t ask me for a customer survey about this poor experience, asked for my keys as he then said he, “…didn’t want to serve me after that comment” and I proceeded walked out. I’ve been a loyal Ford customer since I was 18 years old, since owning 5 Ford vehicles over my life and never been treated this poorly by a Ford dealer service center. I appreciate Ford’s progress and their pursuit for the FordPass app experience, but the Westfield Ford dealer service center needs to be trained up on it and what good customer service really is. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, I will not be bringing my truck to this Ford dealer service center for maintenance ever again.

They didn't fix my car properly. I had to purchase a new car. The piece of the car underneath split in two. When they looked at the car the first time they didn't catch the major problem. Let's just say I would never recommend this place, their mechanics stink.
