Costco Tire Center

Even with an appointment my tires weren’t done until 2 hours later. The tire center staff were also rude and condescending. I would go somewhere else for a more efficient service.

Made an appointment. They did not bring in my vehicle until an hour after. Took another two hours to finish the job. Staff in tire center is rude as well.

I purchased a new set of Michelin tires for my daughters car before going off to college. Purchased from Costco, Augusta. This past week she called from college, asking me for help with a flat. She found someone on campus to help with putting on the spare. I told her that the warranty paperwork was inside the car and that’s all she would need to get help at the Costco Spartanburg. When arriving at the service center she was told that the purchaser, or a Costco member would have to be present in order to help. Now I’m aware that corporate policies exist in our world but given the situation, wouldn’t they bend these policies a little? “Let me call your parents so we can work this out for you.” Nope, zero chance of anyone extending a helping hand to you college student! These are opportunities that business miss! I’ll leave this here without many more closing details, but $175 later and a couple of trips she has a tire. Teach your staff to be more accommodating and you’ll be rewarded. Cory Daniels

The wait time are terrible, with or without an appointment. The staff acts like they could care less if you are satisfied. I have several cars, and the last one that needed tires, I went to Bolton James. Lifetime tire rotation on a 70000 mile tire equates to 20 hours of your life spent waiting.

We have been going to this Costco for all tires for 4 vehicles over 7 years now and have never had an issue. They are quick, honest, friendly people. What you see is what you get. Free lifetime rotations and nitrogen fill included with new tires. I don't question their service. I like that I can make an appointment online or just show up and wait. I can't believe there aren't more great reviews for Spartanburg Costco's Tire Center.

Too busy to give you the service you get from local tire stores. Haven't been satisfied with the customer service, the wait times, and the lack of communication. Within one week, my tire pressure was low, and the warning light came on one evening as I was on my way home. Couldn't get an appointment until 4 pm the next day, and had to drive in the rain on low pressure to get there. They were unwilling to move a schedule around and were extremely rude when I called. Buy Local - Go to NIX - I regret my choice.
