My son took my car to have some headlights put in. The technician told him we got the wrong ones.But then he told him if he would go get the correct ones he would put them in. Will never go back to this place ever again. I would explain but the story is just to long and aggravating to explain. Basically long story short took my vehicle for a new motor, it took almost a solid month and a half to get it back which was fine as long as they get the motor in and running. We'll running is an underestimate cause we called up there, asked if the vehicle is running and was told yes she is ready. Got up there, vehicle was not ready like they said basically lied. We told them the vehicle wasn't running and they acted like oh well hang on lets figure it which I already knew it wasn't running because a charging block was attached to vehicle to get it going. Plus the original key we had was not the one we were given. Apparently a guy broke into their shop and swipped all their keys including mine and these people didn't even call me or nothing to let us know our key got swipped but instead decided to take it upon themselves to go make another key so yeah we ain't dealing with these people ever again. I'll go to my local mechanic who charges less and loves when we buy the parts. Oh yeah FYI SpeeDee no longer takes part from to customers who buy the part. I'm done now.

I’ve had great experiences with speedee. I live right down the road from my location and they always look out for me and get me back on the road safely, always serve me with a positive attitude , I even had a question about my mirror and the mechanic put on my new one I brought for me free of charge once. Great place, great people.

One of the best and most trusted places in spartanburg to let touch your car. I have been coming here for years and they have always been good to me and helped me as much as they could. They offer financing available, they even changed my battery today with no charge. Definitely will keep me as a repeat customer. Awesome job speedee!!!

A manager reached out to me and apologized for the incomplete service. Said he “spoke” to his employees and discussed my review. Offered to make it right and give me a discount on my next service. I’ll give them another chance and surely will have a good experience next time. Thanks for the call Mr. Manager.

Prior to this oil change I had taken my truck across town to Firestone for an oil change. I noticed some days later that I was leaking oil. I took the truck back to them to have it rechecked. They said it was good which it wasn’t. The gentleman at SpeeDee was very professional and told me that the gasket was missing from the previous oil change. Thank you for seeing this and letting me know. I will be back. Great job!

I've been using these guys for the last couple years. Always get great service at a great price. Today Craig and his team knocked out an oil/filter change, air filter change and a tire rotation in about an hour. Thanks guys A++

I don't have anything good to say about them. They have sucky service. I've taken my car to them twice this week to get alignment. First time they couldn't do it because it was too windy now the second time they don't have nobody to do it. I've been trying to give them chances but I'm done with them they're not getting any more of my time or my service. I drove up there twice and waste time and gas . a few months ago I got alignment done with them but I absolutely did not need that I needed my tie rods fixed because they were bent and they didn't figure that out the problem I had to take it to somebody else to figure out what the problem was and spend more money that I did not have

Oscar and Tim were very nice and helpful. The prices are affordable. Everything was done in a timely manner. Providing knowledge on future maintenance. They also have an inside or outside waiting area. I’ll definitely return if needed.
